A system for analyzing distinct datasets with a common index is configurable to (i) receive input data that includes a first set of data and a second set of data that share a common index; (ii) perform a clustering operation on the first set of data to generate a set of clustered data comprising groups representing related datapoints; (iii) identify a set of occurrences within the second set of data (where each occurrence is associated with a respective set of coordinates in the common index), (iv) for each of the set of occurrences: (a) localize search space(s) in the common index using the respective set of coordinates for the occurrence, and (b) facilitate analysis of group(s) of the set of clustered data that are located within the search space(s) to determine whether a relationship exists between the group(s) and the occurrence.

Systems and methods for analyzing distinct datasets with a common index

A system for determining volume of a selectable region is configurable to (i) obtain user input directed to a 3D representation of a set of 2D images and (ii) based on the user input, selectively modify one or more mask pixels of one or more respective selection masks. Each 2D image of the set of 2D images is associated with a respective selection mask. The 3D representation represents pixels of the set of 2D images with corresponding voxels. The user input selects one or more voxels of the 3D representation. The one or more mask pixels is associated with one or more pixels of the set of 2D images that correspond to the one or more voxels of the 3D representation selected via the user input.

Determining volume of a selectable region using extended reality

A method for visualizing two-dimensional data with three-dimensional volume enables the end user to easily view abnormalities in sequential data. The two-dimensional data can be in the form of a tiled texture with the images in a set row and column, a media file with the images displayed at certain images in time, or any other way to depict a set of two-dimensional images. The disclosed method takes in each pixel of the images and evaluates the density, usually represented by color, of the pixel. The disclosed method evaluates and renders the opacity and color of each of the pixels within the volume. The disclosed method also calculates and creates dynamic shadows within the volume in real time. This evaluation allows the user to set threshold values and return exact representations of the data presented.

Volumetric dynamic depth delineation

A computer-implemented method that allows users evaluate the densities of images and search for abnormalities in three-dimensional space. The voxel buildup uses a series of two-dimensional images and evaluates every pixel based on the user described predetermined threshold value at runtime. A singular optimized voxel-generated mesh is spawned to represent the combined locations of every pixel.

The disclosed techniques are focused on processes for encoding an enhanced image with non-image data. Notably, the 'non-image data' is distinct from “image data” in that the image data defines display characteristics of an image (e.g., display properties of a pixel) while the non-image data is unrestricted and can describe any data, even data different than display characteristics. An image is accessed, where the image includes at least one pixel that is associated with at least one color channel. Non-image data is encoded into the color channel. An index, which maps where the non-image data has been encoded in the color channel of the pixel, is generated or modified. As a result of encoding the non-image data into the color channel, an enhanced image is generated.

A method for visualizing a three-dimensional volume for use in a virtual reality environment is performed by uploading two-dimensional images for evaluation, creating planar depictions of the two-dimensional images, and using thresholds to determine if voxels should be drawn. A voxel volume is created from the planar depictions and voxels. A user defines a plane to be used for slicing the voxel volume, and sets values of the plane location and plane normal. The slice plane is placed within the voxel volume and defines a desired remaining portion of the volumetric plane to be displayed. All but the desired remaining portion of the voxel volume is not drawn and the remaining portion is displayed.

Techniques are disclosed for aligning fiducial markers that commonly exist in each of multiple different N-dimensional (N-D) data sets. Notably, the N-D data sets are at least three-dimensional (3D) data sets. A first set and a second set of N-D data are accessed. A set of one or more fiducial markers that commonly exist in both those sets are identified. Based on the fiducial markers, one or more transformations are performed to align the two sets. Performing this alignment process results in at least a selected number of the common fiducial markers that exist in the two sets being within a threshold alignment relative to one another.

A method to view inside three-dimensional volumetric build data takes in each pixel of the images and evaluates the density, usually represented by color, of the pixel. This evaluation allows the user to set threshold values and return exact representations of the data presented, instead of a culmination of all data along a ray trace. The user can determine the size and placement of a slice plane in relation to the volumetric data, and the software will remove the data in front of the plane so the user can view the internal structure of the data.

A computer-implemented method that allows users to upload a set of two-dimensional images for evaluation using different virtual reality methods. The disclosed method allows the user to select one aspect of an image, see the corresponding image highlighted, and manipulate the corresponding image.

Voxel to volumetric relationship

In a method according to the present disclosure a user in a virtual reality space identifies a desired location for moving another user within the space. The desired location is tested for suitability for teleportation or summoning. A list of clients available for moving to the desired location is identified and stored. The user selects one or more clients to move to the desired location, and the selected clients are summoned to the desired location.
