A light pipe assembly includes a light pipe having one or more first crush ribs extending outwardly from an outer surface of the light pipe. The light pipe assembly further includes a light pipe housing having one or more second crush ribs extending into a cavity of the light pipe housing. When the light pipe is positioned in the cavity of the light pipe housing, the light pipe is retained in the light pipe housing by the one or more first crush ribs and the one or more second crush ribs. The one or more first crush ribs come in contact with and press against the one or more second crush ribs when the light pipe is positioned in the cavity of the light pipe housing.

An indicator light assembly includes a lightguide with a plurality of light directing optical devices each having a light receiving end, a sidewall, and a light emitting end coupled to each other to form a ring-shaped light exit surface; and a plurality of light sources positioned at the light receiving ends, such that light from the light sources enters the light receiving ends and is directed towards the light exit surface by the sidewalls.

A signal guide for a sensor device is disclosed herein. The signal guide can include a base having a first proximal aperture, where the first proximal aperture has a first cross-sectional profile, where the first proximal aperture is configured to be disposed proximate to a first transceiver element of the sensor device. The signal guide can also include a body disposed adjacent to the base, wherein the body comprises a first main channel that adjoins the first proximal aperture. The signal guide can further include a distal end disposed adjacent to the body opposite the base, where the distal end includes a first distal aperture that adjoins the first main channel, where the first distal aperture has a second cross-sectional profile, where the first distal aperture is configured to be disposed proximate to an ambient environment.
