An apparatus for controlling a level of oxygen in a closed environment from an oxygen supply having an oxygen sensor for detecting the level of oxygen in the closed environment. The apparatus has a plurality of relays in communication with the sensor. The apparatus has a valve in communication with the relays and the oxygen supply which is automatically opened with the relays without human interaction, monitoring and adjustment to release oxygen from the oxygen supply into the environment when the level of oxygen in the environment goes below a first predetermined level and which is automatically closed with the relays without human interaction, monitoring and adjustment to stop oxygen from being released from the oxygen supply into the environment when the level of oxygen in the environment goes above a second predetermined level. Method and apparatus for automatically maintaining a desired level of oxygen in a refuge

A patch fitting cover or cap for a patch fitting creates a substantially continuous surface toward a glass door pane using an inclined wall of the cover/cap. The patch fitting cover may be attached to a patch fitting to improve the accessibility of an associated glass door. The cover may be constructed as a retrofit cover to replace an existing patch fitting cover. The cap may be constructed to cooperate with an existing patch fitting cover such that the cap is installed on the existing patch fitting cover.

An end load arm for a glass door rail couples the glass door rail to mounting hardware. The end load arm may allow a glass door to be installed at an angle which does not block the doorway during installation. The end load arm may be suitable for use in low-profile glass door rails.
