A compressor includes a compressor housing and a compression subassembly installed in the compressor housing. The compressor housing includes a shell defining a first chamber and an end cap defining a second chamber. The compression subassembly includes a support plate positioned in the compressor housing between the shell and the end cap, a non-orbiting scroll attached to the support plate and extending from the support plate into the first chamber, a main bearing housing positioned in the first chamber and attached to the non-orbiting scroll, and an orbiting scroll positioned between the non-orbiting scroll and the main bearing housing. The support plate separates the first chamber and the second chamber and supports the compression subassembly in the compressor housing.

A compressor may include a compression mechanism and an oil pump. The compression mechanism is configured to compress a working fluid. The oil pump may be defined by a driveshaft and a bearing. The driveshaft is drivingly connected to the compression mechanism and includes a lubricant passage. The bearing receives a portion of the driveshaft and includes a bearing surface that rotatably supports the driveshaft. The bearing includes a pump cavity surface that is spaced apart from the driveshaft and cooperates with a diametrical surface of the driveshaft to define a pump cavity that extends around the diametrical surface of the driveshaft. The bearing includes an inlet passage and an outlet passage. The inlet passage receives oil from an oil sump and provides oil to the pump cavity. The outlet passage receives oil from the pump cavity and provides oil to the lubricant passage of the driveshaft.

A compressor is provided and may include a shell and a stator. The shell includes an inner surface and an outer surface. The stator may be attached to the shell at the inner surface via a first stake. The first stake may be formed by deforming a portion of the shell into the stator.

A compressor includes a shell, a bearing housing, a compression mechanism and a suction baffle. The shell defines a suction pressure region and a suction gas inlet. The bearing housing is fixed relative to the shell within the suction pressure region. The compression mechanism is located within the shell, supported on the bearing housing and in communication with the suction pressure region. The suction baffle is located within the suction pressure region and includes a main body located radially between the bearing housing and the suction gas inlet, a first tab extending from a first lateral end of the main body, and a second tab extending from the first lateral end of the main body and spaced axially from the first tab to define a first recess between the first and second tabs. The bearing housing defines a first leg extending within the recess.

A compressor may include a shell, a housing fixed within the shell, first and second scroll members disposed within the shell, a sleeve guide, a fastener, and a washer. The first scroll member may have a first spiral wrap extending from a first end plate and a radially outward extending scroll flange defining an opening. The second scroll member may have a second spiral wrap intermeshed with the first spiral wrap. The sleeve guide may be disposed within the opening in the scroll flange and may define an axial bore. The fastener may be disposed within the axial bore and engaged with the housing. The washer may be located between a head of the fastener and the scroll flange. A first portion of the washer may extend radially outward from the fastener head and may define a rotational stop inhibiting washer rotation through engagement with a rotationally fixed structure.
