A hoist assembly for lifting an object includes a support fixture having three elongated support rails or members , and , a movable lever assembly , which is mounted upon a spanning member , and three interconnecting chains, members or assemblies , and which are coupled to fixture and to object . Movable lever assembly moves from a first position to a second position when object is lifted, thereby shifting the center of gravity of the fixture and allowing fixture and object to remain in a level or horizontal position.
