A method of priming an interventional device assembly includes providing the interventional device assembly, the interventional device assembly including a first interventional device and a second interventional device, the second interventional device being positioned within the first interventional device. The method further includes reciprocally moving at least one of the first interventional device and the second interventional device relative to the other of the first interventional device and the second interventional device while flushing a lumen between the first interventional device and the second interventional device with fluid to remove microbubbles from the lumen.

A supra-aortic vessel access robotic control system includes a guidewire hub configured to adjust each of an axial position and a rotational position of a guidewire; a guide catheter hub configured to adjust a guide catheter in an axial direction; and a procedure catheter hub configured to adjust each of an axial position and a rotational position of a procedure catheter, and also to laterally deflect a distal deflection zone of the procedure catheter.

Catheter drive system for supra-aortic access

A fluidics system includes a cassette having a saline subsystem, a contrast subsystem, and a vacuum subsystem. The fluidics system further includes a splitter and a first tubing set coupled to the cassette and splitter, the first tubing set having a single saline channel, a single contrast channel, and a single vacuum channel. The fluidics system further includes two or more hub assemblies, at least one of the two or more hub assemblies configured to have a third saline flow-path, a third contrast flow-path, and a third vacuum flow-path to provide saline, contrast and vacuum to the lumen of a catheter coupled to the at least one of the two or more hub assemblies. The fluidics system further includes a second tubing set having a plurality of tube groups, each tube group coupled to the splitter and to one of the two or more hub assemblies.

Fluidics control system for multi catheter stack

A fluidics management system includes a cassette configured to receive saline from a saline source, receive contrast from a contrast source, and receive vacuum from a vacuum source. The cassette includes a plurality of saline connectors, each of the plurality of saline connectors configured to couple to one of a plurality of catheters to provide saline thereto, a plurality of contrast connectors, each of the plurality of contrast connectors configured to couple to one of the plurality of catheters to provide contrast thereto, and a plurality of vacuum connectors, each of the plurality of vacuum connectors configured to couple to one of the plurality of catheters to provide vacuum thereto.
