A stabilizer for an archery bow is provided, the stabilizer including a continuous stabilizer bar having a first segment, a second segment and an articulating, lockable joint joining the first segment and the second segment. The joint enables the first segment and second segment to be selectively positionable at any one of multiple preselected bar angles relative to one another, so that a user can fine tune the orientation, mass distribution, balance and shooting characteristics of a bow to which the stabilizer is joined.

Continuous articulating archery stabilizer

An archery bow stabilizer that balances an archery bow and generally inhibits roll, pitch and/or yaw of the bow when the bow is held, drawn, or shot by an archer. The stabilizer can include an optional mounting bracket that mounts to the riser of an archery bow, one or more mounting arms, and one or more stabilizing rods joined with the arms via clamping elements. The rods can be movable forward and rearward relative to the mounting bracket and/or riser to provide a variety of weight adjustment and distribution capabilities. Optional weights can be joined with ends of the rods to provide further weight adjustment and distribution.

Archery bow stabilizer

An archery bow includes a cable guard and an optional cable guide that holds a cable of the bow away from a plane in which a bowstring of the bow moves. The cable guard can define a bore, through which the cable is positioned, extending generally parallel to the bowstring when the bowstring is in an undrawn state. The cable guard bore can include a rounded opening to minimize abrasion to the cable. The cable guide can include a ceramic element having a rounded surface to minimize abrasion to the cable. The ceramic element can be included in an immovable or stationary cable guide, as well as an alternative cable guide including moving components, to engage and hold the cable away from the bowstring, while minimizing abrasion and/or friction on the cable.
