An engine includes: a crankshaft pulley; a motor/generator mounted to a side of the engine and including a motor pulley; an auxiliary driving device pulley; a dual tensioner including a tensioner arm of which a first idler pulley is mounted to a first end of the tension arm and a second idler pulley is mounted to a second end of the tension arm, and the tensioner arm rotatable around a center of the motor/generator and a belt connecting the crankshaft pulley, the motor pulley, the auxiliary driving device pulley, the first idler pulley, and second idler pulley.

Dual tensioner and engine provided with the same

There is provided a pulley system for a crankshaft, the pulley system including: a crankshaft rotatably supported by a cylinder block; a crank pulley connected to one end of the crankshaft, and having an accessory belt wrapped the crank pulley; a crank timing pulley connected to one end of the crankshaft, and having a timing belt wrapped around the crank timing pulley; a timing belt cover mounted on a front wall of the cylinder block, and having an opening through which a portion of the crank pulley passes; and a stopper structure restricting the accessory belt from moving into an inner space of the timing belt cover. In particular, the timing belt and the crank timing pulley are placed in the inner space of the timing belt cover, and the crank pulley is placed in an outer space of the timing belt cover.

Pulley system for crankshaft

A belt connection structure for a vehicle is provided. The belt connection structure includes a damper pulley mounted on a crankshaft of an engine, a water pump mounted on the engine separated in an upward direction from the damper pulley, a mild hybrid starter and generator on an upper part of the engine separated from the water pump, and an air conditioner mounted on the engine separated from the compressor damper pulley. A first belt connects the damper pulley, water pump, and mild hybrid starter and generator and a second belt connects the damper pulley and the air conditioner compressor. A first tensioner is mounted on the mild hybrid starter and generator and selectively in contact on the first belt to adjust a tension and a second tensioner is mounted on a chain cover and selectively in contact under the first belt to adjust the tension of the first belt.

A device for separating oil includes a blow-by gas passage provided to a head cover to discharge blow-by gas introduced from an engine and a separator coupled to the blow-by gas passage to separate oil from the blow-by gas. The device for separating oil from blow-by gases can effectively separate oil from the blow-by gas. Since the blow-by gas passage for discharging the blow-by gas is provided to the head cover, a hose or a pipe is not required to carry the blow-by gas, and thereby the engine can be designed to be compact.
