The present invention relates to a nano-dynamic biosensor and a fabrication method therefor. A biosensor according to the present invention comprises a substrate having a hollow structure and a graphene layer formed thereon wherein a probe material is bound to the surface of the graphene layer and the resonance vibration of the hollow structure formed in the substrate is modulated as the probe material increases in weight when a target material to be detected is coupled to the probe material without being labeled, whereby the biosensor is expected to take advantage of the modulation to measure the coupling of the target material including vaccinia virus with high sensitivity on a femtogram (10g) level.

Provided is a &#x394;E measuring device minimizing external magnetic disturbance, more particularly, a &#x394;E measuring device measuring a change (&#x394;E) in elastic modulus under a magnetic field by removing a bias effect by the earth's magnetic field and a magnetic tool and device and using a magneto acoustic resonance method. With the &#x394;E measuring device, a space minimizing external magnetic disturbance using three-axis Helmholtz coils is provided and the &#x394;E measuring device having a plurality of coil structures is inserted into the space, thereby making it possible to minimize external magnetic field disturbance.

The present invention relates to a reversible permeability measuring device for measuring magnetic characteristics and magnetic flux change in a specimen, as one of a plurality of non-destructive methods for evaluating mechanical properties. The reversible permeability measuring device of the present invention directly measures a magnetic field change induced at the surface of the specimen through the use of a magnetic potentiometer and a flux meter, thereby accurately evaluating the deterioration of materials.
