A sulfur electrode and a method for manufacturing the same are disclosed. The method for manufacturing the sulfur electrode includes: growing carbon fibers on a surface of stainless steel; connecting the stainless steel on which the carbon fibers are grown to a cathode of a current controller in an aqueous solution in which sulfur ions are dissolved; and forming a sulfur thin film on each of surfaces of the carbon fibers grown on the surface of the stainless steel and in each of spaces between the carbon fibers by controlling a current of the current controller.

Sulfur electrode and method for manufacturing same

A composite sulfide electrode and a manufacturing method therefor are disclosed. A method for manufacturing a composite sulfide electrode comprises the steps of: preparing a mixed solution of polyacrylonitrile (PAN) and a metallic oxide; stirring the prepared mixed solution; electrospinning the stirred mixed solution to prepare a wire-type precursor bearing a metallic oxide in PAN; drying the prepared wire-type precursor; mixing the dried wire-type precursor and a sulfur powder; and injecting a gas to the mixture of the wire-type precursor and the sulfur powder to sulfurize the wire-type precursor.

Disclosed is a semiconductor silicon wafer having an electric power supply affixed to the backside of the wafer. By fabricating the electric power supply onto the backside of the wafer that has been left unused, the semiconductor chip can have a self-supplied power, realizing the self-powered semiconductor chip with an increased efficiency. Further, since the electric power supply is installed on the wafer, not the semiconductor chip, the fabrication procedure becomes very simple, and the battery can be mounted on any type of chip.
