A rapid prototyping apparatus with a page-width array printing module is disclosed. The rapid prototyping apparatus includes a construction platform, a movable platform and a page-width array printing module. The construction platform has a construction chamber. The length of the construction chamber is ranged from 0.8 m to 1.5 m, the width of the construction chamber is ranged from 0.8 m to 1.5 m, and the height of construction chamber is ranged from 0.8 m to 1.2 m. The movable platform is disposed above the construction platform. The page-width array printing module is installed on the movable platform and synchronously moved along a single direction in a reciprocating motion. The page-width array printing module has plural inkjet head structures disposed thereon, so that a rapid prototyping width-page printing operation is performed.

Rapid prototyping apparatus with page-width array printing module

A powder heating assembly of a rapid prototyping apparatus includes a powder feeder and a heating module. The powder feeder includes an accommodation space and a powder falling port in communication with the accommodation space. The heating module is disposed under the powder feeder, and includes a thermally conductive cap and a heat conduction structure. The powder falling port is capped by the thermally conductive cap. The thermally conductive cap includes a powder exhaust port. The powder exhaust port is in communication with the powder falling port. The heat conduction structure is arranged between the accommodation space of the powder feeder and the thermally conductive cap and includes a heater. The heat generated by the heater is transferred to the construction powder within the powder feeder to preheat the construction powder, remove the moisture contained in the construction powder and dry the construction powder.

Powder heating assembly and heating module of rapid prototyping apparatus

A powder filtering mechanism includes a connecting part, a main body, a duct, a suction device and a bracket. The connecting part is in communication with a powder inlet. Moreover, plural filters are disposed within an accommodation space of the main body. The suction device is in communication with the main body. The bracket supports a micro-particle adsorption structure. During operation of the suction device, flying dust of excess construction powder is inhaled into the powder inlet, and a portion of the flying dust is transferred to the accommodation space. After the portion of the flying dust is filtered by the plural filters in multiple filtering steps, micro-particles of flying dust passing through the plural filters are transferred to the micro-particle adsorption structure so as to be adsorbed by the micro-particle adsorption structure.

Three-dimensional rapid prototyping apparatus and powder filtering mechanism thereof

A powder recycling machine includes a casing, a powder collector, a dust-sucking system and a dust-removing system. An accommodation space within the casing is divided into a first space and a second space by a partition plate. The powder collector is disposed within the first space for collecting excess powder from the first space. The dust-sucking system includes a connector, a cyclone separator and a first suction device. The connector, the cyclone separator, the first suction device and the powder collector are sequentially in communication with each other through plural transmission ducts. The dust-removing system includes a second suction device. The first space, the second suction device and the powder collector are sequentially in communication with each other through plural guiding ducts. After the excess powder suspended in the first space is introduced into the dust-removing system, the excess powder is transferred to the powder collector.

Powder recycling machine

A powder recycling system includes a powder feeder, a remaining powder collector, a bridge breaker, a block powder filter, a cyclone separator, a particulate filter cleaner, an air pressure generation device and an electrostatic precipitator. The powder feeder provides a construction powder to a construction platform. The remaining powder collector for collects the remaining powder. The cyclone separator is used to separate the large-size powdery particles and the small-size powdery particles of the remaining powder from each other through a rotating gaseous stream. The large-size powdery particles fall down to the powder feeder due to gravity, and the small-size powdery particles of the remaining powder is removed from the rotating gaseous stream and transmitted to the particulate filter cleaner. After the small-size powdery particles of the remaining powder are filtered by the particulate filter cleaner, the suspended small-size powdery particles are transmitted to the electrostatic precipitator.

Powder recycling system

A page-width printing platform comprises a plurality of inkjet head structures collaboratively defined as at least one page-width array printing unit. The inkjet head structures comprise respective inkjet chips disposed on the printing platform and arranged in plural rows and in a staggered form, so that a printing width of the inkjet chips is larger than or equal to a width of a printed pattern. Each of the inkjet chips comprises at least one liquid supply slot, wherein a plurality of liquid ejectors are located at one or two sides of the liquid supply slot along a long axis of the liquid supply slot. At least one monochromatic print liquid is introduced into the construction chamber from the plural inkjet head structures and printed on a construction material within the construction chamber, so that a rapid prototyping width-page printing operation is performed.

Page-width printing platform of rapid prototyping apparatus

A rapid prototyping apparatus includes a construction platform, a movable platform, and a page-width array printing module. The construction platform includes a construction chamber. The movable platform and the construction platform are movable relative to each other. The page-width array printing module includes plural inkjet head structures. The printing platform and the movable platform are synchronously moved along a single direction in a reciprocating motion. The plural inkjet head structures are collaboratively defined as at least one page-width array printing unit. The plural inkjet head structures include respective inkjet chips. The inkjet chips are arranged in plural rows and in a staggered form, so that a printing width of the inkjet chips is larger than or equal to a width of a printed pattern. Moreover, at least one monochromatic print liquid is introduced into the construction chamber from the plural inkjet head structures.

Disclosed is a control method for stereolithography structure, including the steps of: providing a stereolithography structure including a main circuit system, an interface system, and a USB transmission interface. The main circuit system controls the interface system and the interface system includes a printing driving platform for allowing an user to operate the stereolithography structure; providing a computer system including a data transmission platform for generating printing data by performing a slicing operation according to operational instructions and converting slicing process data of a 3-D object into 2-D slicing printing format image data; and transmitting and receiving the 2-D slicing printing format image data through the USB transmission interface, and deciphering data and re-formatting data, in order to finish pre-planning procedure of driving operation, thereby transmitting data to the printing driving platform to drive the printing driving platform to finish object forming operation by ink spraying operations.

Control method for stereolithography structure used in 3-D printing

A rapid prototyping apparatus includes a construction platform, a movable platform, a printing module, a cleaning and maintenance module, a construction material spreading element, a heater and a heat shield. A construction chamber is formed in the construction platform. The movable platform and the construction platform are movable relative to each other. The printing module is installed on the movable platform, and includes at least one printhead unit. The cleaning and maintenance module is installed on the movable platform. The construction material spreading element is installed on the movable platform for spreading a ceramic construction material to the construction chamber. After the ceramic construction material is spread in the construction chamber, the construction material is heated by the heater. After the printhead unit performs a printing operation, the printhead unit is cleaned and maintained by the cleaning and maintenance module.

Rapid prototyping apparatus for producing three-dimensional ceramic object

An ink-jet printing module is used for a page-width array ink-jet printer. The ink jet printing module includes a page-width array platen and a plurality of ink-jet cartridges. The page-width array platen has a plurality of receiving cavities arranged as an array. Each of the ink-jet cartridges is detachably and independently embedded into one of the receiving cavities, and includes a body for storing ink, an ink-jet chip to be driven for ejecting the ink, a plurality of nozzles disposed on the ink-jet chip, and a control node for receiving signal to drive the ink-jet chip. The ink-jet chip is disposed on a bottom of the page-width array platen and is driven to eject the ink through the nozzles onto a printing medium.

Ink-jet printing module

An automatic powder recycling apparatus includes a housing, a plurality of isolation elements, an air-blowing device, a powder filtering member, a recycling member and an air-inhaling device. A sealed space is defined within the housing. The air-blowing device is disposed within the sealed space for removing the powder attached on the surface of the finished product. The air-inhaling device is in communication with the first receptacle for allowing the first receptacle to be in a negative pressure state. When the powder on the finished product is removed by the air-blowing device and directed to the powder filtering member by the air-inhaling device, the powder is filtered and blocked by the powder filtering member. When the air-inhaling device is disabled, the powder blocked by the powder filtering member naturally falls down to the recycling member.

Automatic powder recycling apparatus

An inkjet head manufacturing method includes the following steps. Firstly, a multilayered structure with a plurality of microstructure layers is provided. The alignment check holes of the microstructure layers are concentric and have different diameters. Then, the microstructure layers are stacked together and the microstructure layers are aligned with each other according to the concentric and different-diameter alignment check holes, wherein a dry film layer is sandwiched between every two adjacent microstructure layers. The preset slots of the microstructure layers are collectively defined as inlet flow channels, ink chambers, pressure cavities and outlet flow channels. Then, the multilayered structure is assembled and positioned through the dry film layers by a thermal compression process. Then, a cutting knife is used to linearly cut the actuator plate over a spacer between every two adjacent pressure cavities and along a path parallel with rims of the pressure cavities.

Inkjet head manufacturing method

Apparatus and method for winding for winding enamel wires into a motor stator which provides for precisely positioning motor stators to be wound, so that the scraping of the outer coating of enamel wires by the wire slots of motor stators can be avoided during winding operation of motor stators. Furthermore, the improved multi-phase synchronous winding apparatus for motor stators is capable of immediately detecting the damage of the outer coating of the enamel wires during winding operation of motor stators so as to avoid the waste of enamel wires and working times. The improved multi-phase synchronous winding apparatus for motor stators also prevents the enamel wires from disengaging by the use of a tension control device during winding operations of motor stators.
