A compressor control method, including: when driving of a compressor of a vehicular air conditioner starts, a determining step of determining whether a condition for limiting an output of the compressor is satisfied by using at least one among whether a power supply unit of a vehicle is reset, a start-off period and the number of times the compressor is driven; an output limiting step of limiting an output of the compressor when the condition for limiting the output of the compressor is satisfied; a third determining step of determining an output limiting driving time of the compressor driven in a state in which the output is limited by the output limiting step; a normal driving step of canceling the output limitation of the compressor and normally driving the compressor when the output limiting driving time of the compressor is equal to or greater than a predetermined reference time.

A scroll compressor including a first bearing rotatably supporting a rotary shaft relative to a casing at one side of the rotary shaft with respect to a motor, a second bearing rotatably supporting the rotary shaft relative to the casing at the other side of the rotary shaft with respect to the motor, and a third bearing rotatably supporting the rotary shaft relative to an orbiting scroll at the opposite side of the first bearing with respect to the second bearing. The distance between a first bearing center and a third bearing center is a predetermined distance, the distance between a motor center and the third bearing center is longer than the distance between the motor center and the first bearing center, and the distance between a second bearing center and the motor center is longer than the distance between the second bearing center and the third bearing center.

The present disclosure relates to an electric compressor capable of fixing a shaft seal without a retainer for fixing the shaft seal, and includes a shaft which is rotatably coupled inside a main housing, and a shaft seal which is press-fitted between the shaft and the main housing, seals between the shaft and the main housing by an elastic structure, prevents deformation in the elastic structure with a rigid structure formed integrally with the elastic structure, and maintains the coupled position by a frictional force of the elastic structure.

The present disclosure relates to a scroll compressor, and it is possible to constitute a depressurized resistance value of a first orifice disposed on an oil recovery part to be lower than a depressurized resistance value of a second orifice, thereby maintaining/enhancing volume efficiency upon driving under a high pressure condition where a pressure of discharged refrigerant is high by increasing the back pressure of a back pressure chamber.

Scroll compressor includes a shaft rotatably supported to a casing; an eccentric bush having a recess part into which one end portion of the shaft is inserted, an eccentric part eccentric to the shaft, and a balance weight disposed at the opposite side of the eccentric part with respect to the recess part; an orbiting scroll for performing the orbiting motion in interlock with the eccentric part; and a fixed scroll for forming a compression chamber together with the orbiting scroll. The casing has an orbiting groove in which the eccentric bush performs the orbiting motion, a buffer member is interposed between the orbiting groove and the balance weight. Rotation clearance is formed between the recess part and the shaft. The buffer member is compressed between the balance weight and the orbiting groove before the recess part and the shaft contact each other by the rotation clearance.

The present disclosure relates to a method of controlling a compressor, and may include: pilot driving which drives a compressor of an air conditioner by receiving a start signal; determining whether oil is short which compares the oil amount of the compressor, driven in the pilot driving, with a predetermined reference oil amount; normal driving which maintains the driving of the compressor when it is determined that the oil amount is the reference oil amount or more; and stopping which stops the driving of the compressor when it is determined that the oil amount is smaller than the reference oil amount. Accordingly, by stopping the compressor when the oil is short, it is possible to prevent damage to the compressor.

A scroll compressor that includes a rotating shaft, an eccentric bush having a recess, into which one end of the shaft is inserted, and an eccentric portion eccentric to the shaft, an orbiting scroll operatively connected to the eccentric portion for orbiting, a fixed scroll engaged with the orbiting scroll, and a buffer member interposed between the one end of the shaft and the recess. Therefore, it is possible to prevent damage to the scrolls due to liquid refrigerant compression during initial operation and to prevent an impact sound between the shaft and the eccentric bush due to the rotational clearance therebetween.

An eccentric bush assembly structure of a scroll compressor, in which an orbiting scroll is eccentrically coupled to a rotary shaft of a drive motor, including a bush body rotatably coupled to the orbiting scroll while being pinned to the rotary shaft of the drive motor by an eccentric shaft, the bush body having a friction prevention groove formed in a surface facing a tip surface of the rotary shaft so as not to come into frictional contact with the tip surface.

Disclosed herein is a compressor that includes a casing, a fastening part disposed at a portion corresponding to a support bracket provided in a compressor mounting part of a vehicle on the casing, and a fastener connecting the support bracket to the fastening part, wherein a compressor's center of gravity and a compressor's point of support supported by the fastener are positioned in a longitudinal direction of the fastener. The present disclosure has an effect of relieving rotational moment and fatigue stress occurring in the compressor when the compressor is mounted to the vehicle.

Disclosed herein may be a compressor. The compressor may include: a casing; a compression unit configured to suck refrigerant from a suction space of the casing, compress the sucked refrigerant, and discharge the compressed refrigerant to a discharge space of the casing; an oil recovery passage configured to recover oil separated from refrigerant in the discharge space to the suction space; and a reducer inserted into the oil recovery passage to reduce a pressure of oil passing through the oil recovery passage. The reducer may include a deformation preventing unit configured to prevent the reducer from being damaged when the reducer is inserted into the oil recovery passage. Therefore, the reducer may be prevented from being damaged when the reducer is inserted into the oil recovery passage. The costs required to prevent the reducer from being damaged, check the conditions of the reducer, and repair reducer may be reduced.

Disclosed herein may be an electric compressor. The electric compressor may include: a rear housing having a discharge chamber into which refrigerant is discharged; and an oil separator disposed in the discharge chamber and having a refrigerant inlet hole through which the refrigerant is drawn into the oil separator. The discharge chamber may protrude in a multi-stepped manner outwards from the rear housing such that a volume of the rear housing is increased, and based on the oil separator, an internal space of the discharge chamber may be divided into spaces having different volumes.

The present invention relates to an electric compressor. The electric compressor according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention includes a rear housing in which a discharging chamber to which a coolant is discharged is formed; an oil separator disposed in the discharging chamber, having a coolant introduction hole through which the coolant is introduced formed therein and disposed to be eccentric to one side of the rear housing; a partitioning wall partitioning an inner region of the discharging chamber into different regions and having communication portions formed at different positions; and a resonance chamber in which introduction and diffusion of the coolant passing through the communication portions are simultaneously performed.

The compressor includes: a main housing; a turning scroll which is turnably mounted to the housing; a fixed scroll which engages with the turning scroll and forms a compression chamber; an auxiliary housing which includes a discharge space communicating with an outlet side of the fixed scroll, and a collection space in which oil collected in the discharge space is temporarily stored; an oil return passage which is formed in the fixed scroll and communicates with the collection space; and an oil supply passage which is formed in the main housing, communicates with the oil return passage, and diverges such that oil is supplied to at least two places.
