The present disclosure relates to a compressor including a case, a compression unit provided inside the case, and a driving unit, wherein the compression unit includes a cylinder having a compression space, a piston reciprocating inside the cylinder, a discharge cover covering the compression space, a first plenum disposed inside the discharge cover and having a discharge space and a coupling space, a second plenum disposed inside the discharge cover and defining a movement channel through which refrigerant moves, a rib disposed in the movement channel, and a communicating portion through which the discharge space and the movement channel communicate with each other, wherein the refrigerant discharged from the compression space moves along the discharge space, the communicating portion, and the movement channel, whereby pulsation caused by the discharge of the refrigerant can be reduced.

Compressor

A compressor includes a case, a compression unit having a cylinder, a piston disposed inside the cylinder, and a driving unit for reciprocating the piston, and a support unit elastically supporting the compression unit to be spaced apart from an inner surface of the case. The support unit includes a wire spring having a plurality of linear portions arranged in parallel with one another and curved portions each connecting two adjacent linear portions. The wire spring includes a first wire spring and a second wire spring symmetrically disposed with each other. The wire spring includes a connecting portion connecting the first wire spring and the second wire spring, and the connecting portion is supported by the case. Accordingly, a simplified structure can be obtained and a manufacturing cost can be reduced.

A system and method are provided for controlling a temperature of a communication base station system or similar device. The method includes collecting temperature information from at least one location in a system such as a base station, setting hysteresis-based temperature settings for a first base temperature for starting to operate a temperature control device in the base station, and a second base temperature for terminating operation of the temperature control device based on the collected temperature information, generating temperature control information by comparing the set hysteresis-based temperature and the collected temperature information, and controlling the temperature control device and/or power to the base station by using the temperature control information.

Method and device for controlling temperature

A refrigerating cycle apparatus and a method of operating the same are provided. For a refrigerating cycle having a plurality of compressors connected in series for multi-stage compression, an inner space of each compressor and a pipe of the refrigerating cycle may be connected via an oil collection pipe, and oil may be discharged into the refrigerating cycle by pressure reversal during a pressure balancing operation, so as to allow the discharged oil to be collected into a high-stage compressor or a low-stage compressor. Accordingly, an amount of oil may be uniformly maintained in each of the plurality of compressors to prevent losses due to friction and/or increases in power consumption due to a lack of oil in one or more of the compressors. The structure of a device and pipes for performing oil balancing between the compressors may be simplified to enhance efficiency of the compressors.
