Accordingly, when the broadcast viewing authority is updated in the mobile terminal to prevent illegal copying or piracy of the broadcast viewing authority, the terminal user needs not to temporarily stop viewing the corresponding broadcast. Moreover, each time the mobile terminal enters a broadcast mode, an old broadcast viewing authority is deactivated and a new broadcast viewing authority is received. Therefore, the illegal copying or piracy of the broadcast viewing authority stored in the mobile terminal can be basically prevented.
