An embodiment of the present disclosure provides a shock absorber including a piston valve configured to be in a tube, a body valve installed at a lower side of the tube, a piston rod configured to having one end protruding while penetrating the piston valve, an upper guide member interposed between the piston valve and the body valve and having a plurality of upper guide flow paths formed outside a periphery of the upper guide member, and a plurality of upper guide holes formed inside the periphery of the upper guide member, and a hollow cylindrical expansion member having expansion through-holes through which the fluid having passed through the plurality of upper guide flow paths and the plurality of upper guide holes passes, the hollow cylindrical expansion member being configured to block the upper guide flow paths when the hollow cylindrical expansion member adjoins the upper guide member.

Shock absorber

An embodiment of the present disclosure relates to a shock absorber. A shock absorber which is divided into a compression chamber and a rebound chamber by a piston valve in a tube having an interior filled with a fluid includes a first elastic member disposed in the compression chamber, a second elastic member disposed in the compression chamber to be spaced apart from the first elastic member, and a mid-guide member disposed between the first elastic member and the second elastic member and movable along a longitudinal direction of the compression chamber.

The present disclosure relates to a cover cap and an insulator for a shock absorber including the same, and the cover cap according to the embodiment of the present disclosure includes a cap main body having a circular plate shape, and a cap hollow portion penetrating a center of the cap main body. Further, a part or the entirety of the cap hollow portion is formed such that a diameter thereof increases toward one surface of the cap main body and the diameter maximally increases at one surface of the cap main body.

Cover cap and insulator for shock absorber including the same

Disclosed is a shock absorber. The shock absorber includes a cylinder filled with a fluid, and a piston valve coupled to an end of a piston rod to partition the inside of the cylinder into a rebound chamber and a compression chamber and to which a lower washer is fastened at a lower end thereof, and further includes a guide member disposed to be spaced apart from the lower side of the piston valve so as to be movable forward and backward within the cylinder and having a connection flow path communicating a pressing chamber formed at a lower side and the compression chamber, a bumper member provided to be compressible in the pressing chamber to elastically support the guide member, and a support member coupled to an end of the cylinder to support a lower end of the bumper member and having a communication hole communicating with the pressing chamber, wherein the bumper member partitions the pressing chamber into a first pressing chamber and a second pressing chamber and has a plurality of side holes communicating the first pressing chamber and the second pressing chamber.
