Provided is a suspended type nanowire that is fixed and electrically connected to each of a first electrode disposed on a substrate and a second electrode disposed on the substrate and spaced apart from the first electrode and suspended on the substrate. Here, a cross-section in a direction perpendicular to a longitudinal direction of the suspended type nanowire includes at least one curved part, and the curve part includes a reference surface and at least one side surface extending downward from the reference surface.

Disclosed are a method of manufacturing an inorganic electrolyte membrane and a composition for manufacturing an inorganic electrolyte membrane, the method including: (a) mixing primary inorganic particles (&#x3c;50 nm), a dispersant, and a solvent and dispersing the primary inorganic particles, thus preparing a dispersion of secondary inorganic particles having a hydrodynamic diameter of 120 to 230 nm, determined using DLS (Dynamic Light Scattering), (b) adding and mixing the dispersion of secondary inorganic particles with a binder, (c) applying a mixed solution composed of the dispersion of inorganic particles and the binder and drying the mixed solution, thus forming a green sheet, and (d) firing the green sheet, thus forming an electrolyte membrane.

There is provided a method for a purification of trichlorosilane, the method including: performing a pretreatment for separating a chlorosilane mixture from reaction products of a trichlorosilane production reaction; performing a first purification for separating the chlorosilane mixture into a first top stream and a first bottom stream; performing a second purification for separating the first top stream into a second top stream and a second bottom stream; and performing a third purification for separating the second bottom stream into a third top stream and a third bottom stream, wherein the performing of the third purification is carried out under pressure conditions higher than those of the performing of the second purification, and a heat exchange is generated between the second bottom stream and the third top stream.

Method and apparatus for purification of trichlorosilane

Provided are a method for preparing a blue-emitting BAM phosphor which includes: surface-treating phosphor particles with metal oxide nanoparticles, and a blue-emitting BAM phosphor prepared by the method. The blue-emitting BAM phosphor exhibits better dispersibility and flowability in coating slurry without undergoing a reduction in initial brightness, thereby providing less color variation at ends of a BLU lamp. The blue-emitting BAM phosphor can be directly applied in a currently available method of manufacturing a BLU lamp, and when mixed with existing red and green phosphors, can remarkably reduce color variation at ends of a lamp. Therefore, the quality of a BLU lamp for large-scale displays can be greatly improved.
