A linear type vibration motor having a magnet casing is disclosed. The linear type vibration motor in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention includes a magnet assembly having a pair of magnets, in which same magnetic poles thereof face each other, a magnet casing, which has a hollow part formed therein and houses the magnet assembly in the hollow part, a base, which has a bobbin formed thereon and in which the magnet casing is inserted into the bobbin, a coil, which is coupled to the bobbin, a weight, which is coupled to both ends of the magnet casing, and a pair of elastic bodies, which are interposed between either end of the base and either end of the weight, respectively. Thus, the operating lifetime of the linear type vibration motor can be extended, and this arrangement can prevent the linear type vibration motor from being damaged by an external shock.

A linear vibrator is disclosed. In accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, the linear vibrator includes a base, a coil unit, which is coupled to the base, a magnet, which is coupled to the coil unit such that the magnet can move relatively with respect to the coil unit, and a leaf spring, which is interposed between the magnet and the base and includes a plurality of plate-shaped members having center portions thereof being separated from one another and both respective ends thereof being coupled to one another. Thus, the linear vibrator can increase the range of displacement in the leaf spring and increase the magnitude of vibration in the linear vibrator.

A linear vibrator is disclosed. The linear vibrator in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention includes a base, a coil unit, which is coupled to the base, a magnet assembly, which forms a closed circuit of a magnetic force perpendicular to an electric current flowing through the coil unit and in which the magnet assembly relatively moves with respect to the coil unit, and an elastic member, which elastically supports the magnet assembly. Thus, a linear vibrator with an increased driving force can be provided by preventing the leakage of magnetic flux.

A vibration motor is disclosed. In accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, the vibration motor includes a base, a vibrator, which reciprocates in the base, a protruding part, which is formed on at least one of the base and the vibrator, and an elastic body, which is interposed between the base and the vibrator and has a through-part formed therein and in which the protruding part is inserted into the through-part and the elastic body is coupled to the base or the vibrator by caulking or bending the protruding part which is protruded through the through-part. Thus, the vibration motor can have a uniform resonant frequency characteristic since a spring is coupled by way of caulking or bending.

A linear vibrator is disclosed. The linear vibrator includes a base, a coil unit, which is coupled to the base, a magnet, which is coupled to the coil unit such that the magnet can move relatively, and a plurality of leaf springs, which are interposed between the magnet and the base. Here, the plurality of leaf springs face one another and are coupled to one another Thus, the linear vibrator can increase the range of vibration displacement in a structure and increase the amount of vibration in the linear vibrator. Also, even though the linear vibrator becomes thinner, the range of displacement can be increased because the weight is vibrated horizontally.

A biaxially oriented polyester film consisting essentially of a polyester resin, polytetrafluoroethylene resin particles having an average particle diameter of 3 to 8 .mu.m in an amount ranging from 0.3 to 0.6% by weight based on the weight of the polyester resin, and a polyacrylate dispersant in the amount 0.05 to 5 wt % based on the weight of polytetrafluoroethylene particles. The film possesses excellent surface properties, e.g., abrasion resistance, scratch resistance, transparency, void resistance, surface smoothness, slurry stability, running property and dielectric strength.

A biaxially extended polyester film comprising light calcium carbonate particles, spherical silica particles and .gamma.- or .delta.-alumina particles or a mixture thereof treated with a silane coupling agent prepared by the inventive process possesses excellent surface and physical properties.

A biaxially oriented polyester film which contains 0.01 to 5 wt % of zinc oxide having an average particle diameter ranging from 0.01 to 5 .mu.m has improved transparency, UV light shielding ability and surface properties, and it is especially useful as wrapping materials for food, labels, window coating films, photoresists and the like. A polyester film having improved surface and mechanical properties is prepared by transesterifying and polycondensing a dialkyl ester of an aromatic dicarboxylic acid and a glycol to give a polyester resin, and melt-extruding and drawing the polyester resin to give the polyester film, wherein calcium carbonate, surface treated with a titanate coupling agent by adding the titanate coupling agent to a glycol slurry containing 20 to 60 wt % of ball or rugby ball shaped vaterite type calcium carbonate having an average diameter ranging from 0.01 to 3 .mu.m is incorporated during the preparation process of the polyester resin as a slip agent.

The present invention relates to a biaxially oriented polyester film comprising the inorganic particulate slip agent of aluminum hydroxide or .THETA.-alumina having an average diameter ranging from 0.1005 to 3 .mu.m and Mohs hardness of 6 or more, in an amount ranging from 0.01 to 4 wt % based on the weight of the polyester, which has improved surface properties, abrasion resistance and scratch resistance.

A biaxially oriented polyester film having improved surface properties, scratch resistance and abrasion resistance comprises the particulate slip agents of a calcium carbonate having an average particle diameter ranging from 0.01 to 3 .mu.m, alumina having an average particle diameter ranging from 0.005 to 3 .mu.m and a Mohs' hardness of 8 or more and a melamine formaldehyde condensate having an average particle diameter ranging from 0.01 to 3 .mu.m, wherein each of the slip agents is in an amount ranging from 0.01 to 4 wt. % based on the weight of the polyester. The film is useful in manufacturing condensers, medical articles, photographic films, packaging and labelling materials and, particularly, magnetic recording media.
