A vehicle body structure includes: a front pillar; a front side member located in front of the front pillar and extending in a longitudinal direction of the vehicle; a side sill connected to a bottom end of the front pillar; and a rear lower member connecting the front side member, the side sill, and the front pillar, where the rear lower member includes a front connection portion connected to a rear portion of the front side member, and a rear connection portion connected to a lower portion of the front pillar and a front portion of the side sill, and the rear connection portion includes an upper engagement wall joined to the front pillar, and a lower engagement wall joined to the side sill.

Disclosed is a battery-equipped vehicle body including: a lower panel of a vehicle extending in a planar direction, and having a battery coupled to the upper portion or lower portion thereof; a door opening/closing device located on the side surface of the lower panel, and coupled so that a door of the vehicle is opened and closed; and a cross member extending in a direction parallel to the transverse direction of the vehicle, coupled to the upper portion or lower portion of the lower panel, and located to correspond to the door opening/closing device in the transverse direction.

A side sill for mounting a sliding door of a vehicle may support operations of opening and closing the sliding door without reducing an area of a space inside the vehicle. The side sill includes an inner panel that extends in forward and rearward directions and which is mounted at a side portion of a floor panel of a vehicle body, and an outer panel formed integrally with an upper end and a lower end of the inner panel so as to be disposed opposite the floor panel of the vehicle body based on the inner panel, the outer panel having a module mounting part for mounting a sliding module for the sliding door based on upward and downward directions, the module mounting part being open towards an outside of the vehicle body.

An apparatus for counting textile cords in a tire reinforcement belt by cutting the reinforcement belt into a plurality of belt units and successively measuring the number of textile cords in each belt unit is provided. The apparatus includes a feed roller having wound therearound a reinforcement belt on which textile cords are arranged along a longitudinal direction of the reinforcement belt; one or more take-up rollers configured to collect the reinforcement belt from the feed roller; a plurality of guide rollers interposed between the take-up rollers and configured to support a top surface or a bottom surface of the reinforcement belt; one or more light sources, each configured to emit a line of light onto a surface of the reinforcement belt that is passing around the guide rollers; and one or more image sensors configured to capture images reflected off the surface of the reinforcement belt.

Front vehicle body reinforcing structure and assembling method thereof

A connection structure of a vehicle includes a fender apron upper extending in a length direction of the vehicle, a front side member extending in a length direction of the vehicle, a front reinforcement, a bumper, and a back beam mounted in an inner side of the bumper. A front end portion of the fender apron upper is connected to one end of the front reinforcement and a rear end portion of the fender apron upper is connected to at least one of a cowl and a front pillar. A front end portion of the front side member is connected to the back beam and a rear end portion of the front side member is connected to a lower portion of the vehicle body. The other end of the front reinforcement is coupled to a front side portion of the front side member in the length direction thereof.
