Provided is a fluorescent indication clip for surgery that has an improved function as a position indicator due to a photo-reactive fluorescent material included in the bio-clip, and allows people to rapidly and easily detect the accurate position of an internal operation region, and thus can improve operation accuracy and reduce side effects caused by excessive incision. The fluorescent indication clip includes a self-spreadable clip body, a fluorescent indicator prepared at the rear end of the clip body and including a photo-reactive fluorescent material, and a clamper configured to slide from a position at which the clamper is mounted on the fluorescent indicator to the clip body by an external force, and fasten the clip body to narrow front ends of the clip body.

Provided is an apparatus for inserting a needle capable of obtaining automation of tissue sample collection or drug injection and operation stability by applying a link mechanism between a needle inserted into a specific part of a human body and a power source for providing a drive force. The apparatus includes a needle unit inserted into a human body, a drive unit configured to provide a drive force to the needle unit such that the needle unit reciprocates between an insertion position at which the needle unit is inserted into the human body and a withdrawal position at which the needle unit is withdraw to the outside of the human body, and a guide unit including a plurality of guide links each having at least two links relatively rotated by the drive force of the drive unit and radially disposed around the needle unit, and configured to guide the needle unit such that the needle unit translates between the insertion position and the withdrawal position in a longitudinal direction of the needle unit.

Apparatus for inserting needle

Provided is a surgical apparatus for transanal endoscopic microsurgery (TEM) in which a thin and long endoscope and surgical instruments are inserted through a natural orifice of a human body and the endoscope and surgical instruments are conveyed to the operation area in the body to perform the operation area in the body. According to the surgical apparatus for TEM, a rotation function is added to a barrel of the surgical apparatus for TEM to enable manual rotation of the barrel to a required extent and adjustment of an operation area, without separation of the surgical apparatus for TEM from a fixing frame during an operation. In addition, since the endoscope is disposed outside the barrel, it is possible to reduce the outer diameter of the barrel and uniformly maintain a visual direction of the endoscope even when the barrel is rotated. Further, since the rotation function is added to both the barrel and the surgical instrument insertion hole, more convenient operation is possible.

Surgical apparatus for transanal endoscopic microsurgery

Endoscope manipulator for minimally invasive surgery

Provided is a surgical retractor capable of preventing an organ of a human body from being damaged when the organ of the human body positioned over a surgical area in the human body is lifted up. The surgical retractor includes a support body including a plurality of support members that are inserted below an organ of a human body which is positioned over a surgical area in the body of a patient to lift the organ of the human body in an upward direction, the plurality of support members being fastened to a joint, and a protective film member joined to the support body to cover a region between the support members, and configured to enclose and protect a lower surface of the organ of the human body.

Provided is a surgical instrument which can provide a field of view over a surgical site by sucking blood from a bleeding site during surgery on body tissue of a patient and monitoring a dark and deep surgical site, which an operator cannot see with his or her naked eye, with a small camera. The surgical instrument has substantially the same shape as a pair of scissors and includes a first body, a second body having a shape symmetrical to that of the first body, a hinge to which the first and second bodies cross and are rotatably coupled, and a photographing unit provided in the hinge to photograph a surgical site between front ends of the first and second bodies. The photographing unit may include a camera mounted in the hinge such that lens of the camera can be exposed through the center of the front surface of the hinge and configured to transmit a photographed image data to a monitor.
