The present invention provides a skull implant-type automatic fluid drain device comprising: a body having a first port to be connected to a catheter, a second port provided opposite the first port, and a flow passage connecting the first port and the second port; a separation member for separating the flow passage into first and second sub-channels; a first valve fixed to the separation member and provided to allow the movement of a fluid that moves from the first port to the second port in the first sub-channel; and a second valve fixed to the separation member and provided to allow the movement of a fluid that moves from the second port to the first port in the second sub-channel, wherein each of the first valve and the second valve has an inflow end portion that is open and a discharge end portion provided in a closed state such that the same is selectively opened at an allowed opening pressure or higher; each of the first valve and the second valve is configured such that the inner flow sectional area decreases along the direction of allowed movement of the fluid passing through each of the inflow end portion and the discharge end portion; and the allowed opening pressures of the first valve and the second valve are set to differ from each other.

Skull implant-type automatic fluid drain device

The present disclosure concerns a medical image indicator. More particularly, it concerns the multipurpose medical image indicator including more than one of fluorophores and MRI contrast agent/CT contrast agent and method for manufacturing same. Responding to a demand for non-invasive and effective way of marking lesions, the present disclosure provides a method for manufacturing the multipurpose medical image indicator including a provision of rubber material fluid composition; a mixing of the rubber material fluid composition and fluorophores; and a transfiguring and drying of the mixture and the multipurpose medical image indicator manufactured according to the method. Further, the present disclosure provides a ligation device for endoscope including the multipurpose medical image indicator.

Multipurpose medical image indicator and method for manufacturing the same

The present invention relates to an injection device for endoscopy, and provides: a feature of inserting a needle for endoscopy into a tissue, in a state of holding a body tissue, which is a region to receive an injection, and then injecting an injection solution thereinto; and a feature enabling stanching of the bleeding region if bleeding occurs. That is, tissue is held by holding forceps and a needle is inserted thereinto, corresponding to a series of operations from a state in which the needle is accommodated between the holding forceps for holding the tissue, and then an injection solution is injected into the tissue through the needle. In addition, a bleeding region is stanched by the heat transferred to the holding forceps without using a separate hemostat if bleeding occurs during the operation. According to the present invention, the precise position of an injection target region can be confirmed, and thus the generation of a tissue perforation due to a needle can be prevented, and bleeding can be immediately stanched without using a separate tool if bleeding occurs.

The following description provides a biotissue sampling apparatus comprising a housing, a firing button configured on a rear-end of the housing; a tube with an aspirating hole configured to inject medicine in a tissue according to a longitudinal direction of a lower end and extended from a front-end of a housing; and a needle assembly that may move from the tube to a biopsy region by a button thereby cut a solid tissue and store or aspire a fluid tissue.

A suturing device for surgery according to the present invention includes: a body unit; a pair of suturing operation units which are supported by a frontal end of the body unit and are rotated between a first mode, in which the pair of suturing operation units are tooth-engaged to each other with a suture area therebetween so that a suturing needle supported by any one of the pair of suturing operation units penetrates through the suture area and is transferred to the other suturing operation unit, and a second mode, in which the suturing needle supported by the other suturing operation unit in the first mode is transferred to any one of the pair of suturing operation units; and a driving unit for providing a driving force to at least one of the pair of suturing operation units so that the pair of suturing operation units are rotated between the first mode and the second mode.

A closed loop-type hemostatic device having built-in inner pincers which integrates holding type pincers with a device for fitting a hemostatic clip, so as to: primarily, find and temporarily perform hemostasis on a bleeding portion by using holding type pincers after confirming that the bleeding portion exists; secondarily, move a clip pressing part and a clip pressing part and enclose the bleeding portion; and then move only the clip pressing part and clip a closed loop-type hemostatic clip onto the bleeding portion so as to perform hemostasis. The amount of bleeding can be reduced by temporary hemostasis on a bleeding portion, and a hemostatic clip can be precisely clipped on the bleeding portion, thereby improving hemostatic performance. Also, because hemostasis can be selectively performed only around a damaged blood vessel wall, therefore, the physiological benefit of being able to maintain partial blood flow may be provided.

A skull implant medication injection port comprises: a mounted portion placed on an upper section of a port insertion hole in a patient's cranium and a medication inlet on a top surface; a medication injection diaphragm that seals the medication inlet of the mounted portion where a needle for injecting a medication is inserted; a medication storage portion coupled with a bottom of the mounted portion stores the medication injected through the medication injection diaphragm; a medication discharge pipe connected to the medication storage portion discharges the medication stored in the medication storage portion; and a rib formed on a perimeter between the mounted portion and the medication storage portion that has a diameter larger than an inner diameter of the port insertion hole. A height of the mounted portion is generally about 4 to 7 mm, and a height of the medication storage portion is generally about 2 to 4.2 mm.

The present invention provides a method for determining low mass ions for diagnosing colorectal cancer by using a MALDI-TOF mass spectrometer to biostatistically analyze low mass ions, which are extracted from a biological sample, and a method for providing information for diagnosing colorectal cancer using same.
