A hydraulic block (), in particular for an automatic transmission of a motor vehicle, includes at least one valve socket () for accommodating a pressure control valve or switching valve () and a hydraulic medium at an inlet pressure on an inlet side (). A method of producing an electromagnetic valve includes deep drawing of a magnet housing, arranging a magnet coil, a magnet core and a plunger connected with an armature in the magnet housing, connecting a valve closing element which has a valve element for controlling a pressure medium flow, with the magnet housing by flanging a flared flange with a shoulder of the magnet housing relative to the valve closing element, and producing both the flared flange and the shoulder during the deep drawing of the magnet housing in a non-material-removing deformation step.

Method of producing electromagnetic valve

A hydraulic unit is connected with a control plate of a transmission with the use of a sealing element. The sealing element performs in addition to its sealing function for sealing the hydraulic passages from one another and from outside, also a parallel filtering function for preventing the dirt contained in the pressure medium from regulators of the hydraulic unit. Addition to the reduction of components, the sealing element can be mounted automatically and reliably fixed in position. Also, the sealing element can be produced cost-favorably and in any complex shape. Adaptation of the sealing element to the corresponding sealing applications is possible without additional expenses.

An electromagnetic valve, in particular a switching valve for automatic transmissions for motor vehicles has a magnet housing, a synthetic plastic body in which the magnet housing is always partially embedded, a magnet coil and a magnet core received in the magnet housing, a magnet armature, a valve member with which the magnet core cooperates through the magnet armature, and a valve closing part provided with pressure medium passages and having a connecting flange, the synthetic plastic body having an edge which surrounds the magnet housing and extends outwardly beyond it, the circumferential edge of the synthetic plastic body surrounding the connecting flange of the valve closing part, the synthetic plastic body and the connecting flange being connected in the region of their adjoining circumferential surfaces.

An electromagnetic valve has a housing, a coil having a coil body and arranged in the housing, a pole element, a flux conducting element, a magnet armature cooperating with the coil body through the pole element and the flux conducting element. The flux conducting element is bracket shaped and arranged for position-accurate fixing and mounting of the coil, the coil body, and the pole element in the housing.
