An exerciser is provided with a first operating arm and a second operating arm pivotally connects with an axis. Each of the first operating arm and the second operating arm includes a first end and a second end and the second end is used to be held by an operator. In addition, one or more non-metal elastic members are selected to couple with the first end or the second end of the first operating arm and the second operating arm, thus to provide resistance for the rotation of the first operating arm and the second operating arm.

A multi-function trainer is provided with a spring assembly and two handle assemblies respectively arranged at a left side and a right side of the spring assembly. The spring assembly includes a spring, and each handle assembly comprises a threaded part and a fitting part. The threaded part includes a shell, and a room is within the shell. The shell includes thread and the thread includes one or more cuttings. The thread can be screwed into one end of the spring. The fitting part is placed into the threaded part.

An exerciser comprises a first block, a second block, a first torque member, a second torque member, and a damper assembly. The first block has an axle pivotally coupling with the second block. The first torque member is arranged at a first position or a second position of the first block. The second torque member is arranged at a first position and a second position of the second block. The damper assembly couples with the first block and a second block. The forces exerted on the first torque member and the second torque member will increase or decrease the distance between the first torque member and the second torque member.

An embodiment of this invention discloses a flattened treadmill comprising a conveyer belt and two decorating bars respectively arranged at a side of the conveyer belt. The conveyer belt and the decorating bars have the same elevation resulting in the flattened treadmill. In another embodiment, the flattened treadmill further comprising a motor housing, in which the elevation of the motor housing has also the same elevation as the conveyor belt.

A multi-function crutch comprises a crutch structure, a supporting structure, and one or more additional crutch structures. The crutch structure itself can be used as a crutch. Via the supporting structure, the crutch structure combines one of the one or more additional crutch structures so that it can be used as another type of crutch.

A table for use with a workout equipment is provided. The table includes a base, a table board and a supporting stand. The base has a front shielding portion, two lateral shielding portions, and a receiving space defined by the front shielding portion and the lateral shielding portions. The supporting stand is disposed between the base and the table board and is of a length adjustable to change the distance between the table board and the base. Accordingly, the table operates in conjunction with any workout equipments that come in various types or styles to enable a user to exercise and work concurrently and conveniently.
