Semiconductor structures and methods of testing the same are provided. A semiconductor structure according to the present disclosure includes a substrate, a semiconductor device over the substrate, wherein the semiconductor device includes an interconnect structure, and the interconnect structure includes a plurality of metallization layers disposed in a dielectric layer; and a delamination sensor. The delamination sensor includes a connecting structure and a plurality of contact vias in at least one of the plurality of metallization layers. The connecting structure bonds the semiconductor device to the substrate and does not functionally couple the semiconductor device to the substrate. The plurality of contact vias fall within a first region of a vertical projection area of the connecting structure but do not overlap a second region of the vertical projection area.

Delamination sensor

A display device includes a side I/O module sandwiched between a front frame and a rear cover to form a casing having a lateral side. The I/O module includes an L-shaped connector including a back plate fastened securely to the rear cover, and a side plate extending perpendicularly from the back plate and fastened the front frame so to prevent removal of the rear cover from the front frame in such a manner that the side plate is flush with the lateral side of the casing. A terminal substrate is mounted on the back plate opposite to the rear cover, and has a plurality of parallelly arranged terminal-receiving ports extending into the opening in the side plate so as to expose the ports exteriorly of the outer casing to facilitate insertion of terminals therein.

A multi-axis adjusting apparatus includes a base with an upper surface, and each side of a central line of the base has at least one slot; a sliding seat, which is set on the upper surface of the base, and each of two ends of an upper surface of the sliding seat has at least one screw hole, each position of two sides of the upper surface of the sliding seat corresponding to the slot has at least one sliding plate, which has a U-shaped slot; a plurality of fixing screws, which are inserted into the U-shaped slot and the slot; a carrier, which is mounted on the upper surface of the sliding seat, and each of two ends of the upper surface corresponding to the screw hole has at least one fillister with one penetrating hole; plural adjusting screws are going through the screw holes and connecting to the penetrating holes by way of a floating structure. It is therefore the function of simultaneous adjustment of the multi-axis can be approached to rapidly complete the adjustment and reduce cost.

Multi-axis adjusting apparatus for a light engine in a projection system

A rear projection display device includes an image generator, a reflector, a screen and a light shield disposed between the reflector and the screen. The image engine emits image beams among which ineffective ones are blocked by the light shield while effective ones are reflected on the screen via the reflector, thereby increasing the image forming performance of the displace device. The light shield is mounted on an adjusting device having an adjusting element. After the rear projection display device has been assembled, an angle and position of the light shield can be adjusted by means of rotating the adjusting element to further help the light shield to block the ineffective beams.

Rear projection display device

An adjustment apparatus of a reflection mirror is disclosed, the apparatus comprising a holding base plate, an affixing block affixed on the holding base plate, at least one adjusting set, and a rotatable chassis affixed onto the affixing block, wherein the reflection mirror is affixed on the rotatable chassis. Moreover, the adjusting set comprises an adjusting screw and an adjusting spring. The adjusting screw is mounted onto the holding base plate and transpierces the holding base plate to fix an extending portion of the rotatable chassis. The adjusting spring associated with the adjusting screw supports an extending portion of the rotatable chassis to counterbalance the adjustments in the adjusting screw. When the adjusting screw is rotated in, the rotatable chassis rotates along a first direction and compresses the adjusting spring. When the adjusting screw is rotated out, the rotatable chassis rotates along an opposite direction to the first direction and stretches the adjusting spring.

Rear projection television

An adjusting apparatus for a light engine includes a base, a sliding seat, a carrier and at least one tilt-adjustig screw. The sliding seat includes at least a supporter, on which the sliding seat is instilled with an arc-shaped stand. The arc-shaped stand has a round surface and includes a slot installed on the round surface, and at least a fixing slot installed at a position adjacent to an end of the arc-shaped stand. The carrier includes a round surface corresponding to the round surface of the arc-shaped stand, a block passing through the slot and at least a fixing screw passing through the slot.

Displacement and tilt adjustable apparatus

The present invention comprises a carrier, an optical engine disposed on the carrier, and a hood member coupled to the carrier at the front end of the optical engine. The hood member has an inlet coupled to the optical engine and an outlet sealed with a screen. At least one mirror is placed in an optical path between the optical engine and the screen for reflecting a beam from the optical engine, and is disposed with an adjusting bolt at its backside for adjusting. The hood member wraps the optical path from the optical engine to the screen for keeping the optical engine outside and preventing the external dust, moisture, and temperature.
