A virtual image display system adapted for venipuncture applications is provided. The virtual image display system includes at least one infrared light source, at least one image sensing module, and at least one virtual image display module. The at least one infrared light source is configured to emit at least one infrared light to a tissue having a vein. The at least one image sensing module is configured to receive the infrared light from the tissue so as to sense an image of the vein. The at least one virtual image display module is disposed in front of at least one eye of a user. The at least one virtual image display module includes an image display unit configured to show an image of the vein to the at least one eye of the user.

Virtual image display system

A virtual image display apparatus, adapted for medical surgical applications, with which a surgical device is operated is provided. The virtual image display apparatus includes at least one virtual image display module which is disposed in front of at least one eye of a user. The virtual image display module includes an image display unit and a beam splitting unit. The image display unit provides an image beam, wherein the image beam includes at least one type of surgical information. The beam splitting unit is disposed on the transmission path of the image beam and an object beam from an environment object. The beam splitting unit causes at least part of the object beam to be transmitted to the eye, and causes at least part of the image beam to be transmitted to the eye to display a virtual image.

Virtual image display apparatus

A detecting device includes at least one detecting module. In the detecting module, a light source unit is configured to emit a first beam and a second beam. The wavelength of the first beam is different from that of the second beam. A packaging unit is disposed on the light source unit and a light detecting unit and on transmission paths of the first beam and the second beam from the light source unit. An optical microstructure unit is disposed on the transmission paths of the first beam and the second beam. The first beam and the second beam emitted from the light source unit pass through the packaging unit to pass the optical microstructure unit to be transmitted to a biological tissue, and then pass through the optical microstructure unit to pass the packaging unit to be transmitted to the light detecting unit in sequence.

According to an exemplary embodiment, an ultrasound apparatus for beamforming with a plane wave transmission may comprise a transceiver connected to a transducer array having at least one transducer element, and at least one processor. The transceiver transmits at least one substantially planar ultrasonic wave into a target region at one or more angles relative to the transducer array, and receives one or more signals responsive from the transducer array. The at least one processor applies a fast Fourier transform (FFT) to the one or more signals from each of the at least one transducer element and calculates at least one frequency within a frequency region, and applies an inverse FFT to at least one produced frequency data.

Ultrasound apparatus and ultrasound method for beamforming with a plane wave transmission

The processing unit receives and processes the Optical angular information and the absorption energy information to obtain an Optical angular difference and an absorption energy difference between the light emitted from the light source and the light transmitted to the set of photo detectors, and analyzes the Optical angular difference and the absorption energy difference to obtain a glucose information, and since the glucose information has a corresponding relationship with a blood glucose information, the blood glucose information may be read.

Apparatus for non-invasive blood glucose monitoring

A method for non-invasive blood glucose monitoring includes the following steps. At least one ray of light is emitted from at least one light source. The light emitted from the light source is leaded into an eyeball and focused on the eyeball through a first beam splitter. The reflected light reflected from the eyeball is transmitted through the first beam splitter to a set of photo detectors. Optical angular information and absorption energy information of the reflected light transmitted to the set of photo detectors are measured. Optical angular difference and absorption energy difference resulting from the light emitted from the light source and the reflected light transmitted to the set of photo detectors are obtained. Glucose information is obtained by analyzing the optical angular difference and the absorption energy difference, and since glucose information has a corresponding relationship with blood glucose information, blood glucose information may be read.

Method for non-invasive blood glucose monitoring and method for analysing biological molecule

An apparatus for non-invasive glucose monitoring includes a light source for emitting at least one ray of light; a first beam splitter, a set of photo detectors for measuring optical rotatory distribution (ORD) information and absorption energy information; a reference component receiving the light from the first beam splitter, and the light reflected by the reference component being transmitted to the set of photo detectors by the first beam splitter, wherein the light emitted from the light source is transmitted to the set of photo detectors by the first beam splitter and the eyeball to form a first optical path, the light emitted from the light source is transmitted to the set of photo detectors by the first beam splitter and the reference component to form a second optical path; and a processing unit receiving and processing the ORD information and the absorption energy information to obtain a glucose information.

A virtual image display apparatus configured to be in front of at least one eye of a user includes an image display unit, a first beam splitting unit, and a reflection-refraction unit. The image display unit provides an image beam. The first beam splitting unit disposed on transmission paths of the image beam and an object beam causes at least one portion of the object beam to propagate to the eye and causes at least one portion of the image beam to propagate to the reflection-refraction unit. The reflection-refraction unit includes a lens portion and a reflecting portion on a first curved surface of the lens portion. At least part of the image beam travels through the lens portion, is reflected by the reflecting portion, travels trough the lens portion again, and is propagated to the eye by the first beam splitting unit in sequence.

A fabricating method of light emitting element. A substrate is provided. A plurality of first concaves and a plurality of second concaves are formed on the substrate, wherein a volume of each first concave is different from a volume of each second concave. A plurality of first light emitting diode chips and a plurality of second light emitting diode chips are provided, wherein a volume of each first light emitting diode chip is corresponding to the volume of each first concave, and a volume of each second light emitting diode chip is corresponding to the volume of each second concave. An optically-induced dielectrophoresis device includes a first substrate, a first conductive layer, a first patterned photoconductor layer, a first patterned layer, a second substrate, a second conductive layer, and a spacer. The first conductive layer is disposed on the first substrate. The first patterned photoconductor layer is disposed on the first conductive layer. The first patterned layer is disposed on the first conductive layer. The first patterned photoconductor layer and the first patterned layer are distributed alternately over the first conductive layer. Resistivity of the first patterned photoconductor layer is not equal to resistivity of the first patterned layer. At least one of the first substrate and the second substrate is pervious to a light. The second conductive layer is disposed on the second substrate and between the first substrate and the second substrate. The spacer connects the first substrate and the second substrate.

An optical-see-through head mounted display (HMD) system is provided. The optical-see-through HMD system has a camera for generating image frames, a display device and a processor. The processor proceeds an interactive operation on each image frame. In the interactive operation, an image analysis is performed on the image frame to obtain positioning information of a marker and 3-dimensional information of an input device. According to the positioning information, the 3-dimensional information and eye position of an user, an image shielding process is performed to correct a portion of the frame to be displayed which is corresponding to the input device and a collision test is performed according to the positioning information and the 3-dimensional information of an input device to determine whether the input device touches the virtual image displayed by HMD. Then, an event corresponding to the touch position of the virtual image is executed.

Optical-see-through head mounted display system and interactive operation

An illumination device including a base, a light bar, and a cover is provided. The base has a cavity. The light bar is disposed at the bottom of the cavity and includes a plurality of dot light sources arranged along a first axial direction. The cover is assembled to the base for correspondingly covering the light bar and has a plurality of openings. The distribution density of the openings increases from a corresponding location of a dot light source towards two opposite ends along the first axial direction.
