A coating includes an organosiloxane polymer and a mesoporous silica material bonded with the organosiloxane polymer. A monomer of the organosiloxane polymer is and the surface of the mesoporous silica material includes a hydrophilic group. A method for manufacturing the coating includes the following steps. Provide an organosiloxane polymer polymerized from a plurality of organosiloxanes including a terminal functional group. Provide a mesoporous silica precursor including a surface functional group. The organosiloxane polymer and the mesoporous silica precursor are blended in a solution, so that the surface functional group reacts with the terminal functional group to form a bond, and a mesoporous silica material is formed, as well as the surface of the mesoporous silica material includes a hydrophilic group. A film including a thickness of 0.1-500 &#x3bc;m is formed by the coating.

Disclosed are a biomass chemical toner composition and a method for manufacturing the same. First, a biomass resin is mixed with a first hydrophobic resin to form organic particles. The organic particles, a second hydrophobic resin, and a pigment are mixed by emulsion aggregation to form cores. Subsequently, a third hydrophobic resin is formed on the surface of the cores, and the third hydrophobic resin is further heated and coalesced to form a continuous structure encapsulating the cores. Accordingly, the biomass chemical toner obtained from the described method has good anti-humidity, good charge stability, and low fusing temperature.

The light-guide module for emitting particular polarized light beams includes a splitter for separating non-polarized light beams, a transformer for converting polarization of light beams, and a non-polarized light source. Polarizations of reflected light beams and of light beams emitted by the non-polarized light source are converted by the transformer so as to separate the light beams later. A peroxide-modified titanyl phthalocyanine for use in preparing charge generating layer of a photoreceptor is disclosed. The peroxide-modified titanyl phthalocyanine is obtained by subjecting titanyl phthalocyanine to a peroxide-induced complexation-mediated crystal transformation at a low temperature. The peroxide-modified titanyl phthalocyanine is characterized by having Bragg diffraction angles of 7.3, 9.4, 14.0, 24.1, 25.7, 27.2 and 28.5 degrees, and vibrational absorption resonances at 1486 cm (superscript: &minus;1), 1420 cm (superscript: &minus;1), 1134 cm (superscript: &minus;1), 1078 cm (superscript: &minus;1), 966 cm (superscript: &minus;1), 900 cm (superscript: &minus;1), 762 cm (superscript: &minus;1) and 736 cm (superscript: &minus;1). The photoreceptor exhibits excellent photosensitivity at wavelengths in the near-infrared range and has a unique crystal form, especially the peroxide-modified titanyl phthalocyanine shows a higher distinct absorption peak at the wavelength of 780 nm.
