An axial flux motor includes a rotor assembly and a stator assembly. The rotor assembly has magnets. The stator assembly has a circuit substrate, segmented iron cores, and a coil. The circuit substrate extends radially. The segmented iron cores are supported on the circuit substrate to be opposite to the magnet in the axial direction. Segmented iron cores arranged in the circumferential direction. A coil is sleeved on a segmented iron core. Holding seats of an insulating material correspond respectively to the segmented iron cores. A holding seat abuts with and covers a segmented iron core from both axial sides and the circumferential direction, and is used for winding the coil. The circuit substrate has slot holes. A slot hole is used for embedding and positioning a portion of a holding seat that protrudes more towards one axial side than the coil.

Axial flux motor

A driver of an automatic guided vehicle includes a crown gear (turning gear) fixed to a bottom of a vehicle body, a support shaft penetrating a center of the crown gear and extending vertically from the vehicle body, a frame supported by the support shaft to be rotatable on a horizontal plane, a wheel axle rotatably and horizontally provided on the frame, and a wheel connected to the wheel axle. A first motor and a second motor, which are drive sources, and a first planetary gear mechanism and a second planetary gear mechanism are provided at both ends in an axial direction of the wheel axle, respectively. Each carrier of the first and second planetary gear mechanisms is connected to the wheel axle, and each ring gear of the first and second planetary gear mechanisms meshes with the crown gear.

Driver of automatic guided vehicle

A motor includes a rotor including a rotating shaft extending along a center axis, a cylindrical rotor core provided outside the rotating shaft in a radial direction, and two discoid weight plates provided at two ends of the cylindrical rotor core in an axial direction, and a stator opposing the rotor in the radial direction. A radius of each weight plate is smaller than a radius of the rotor core, and a difference between the radius of the rotor core and the radius of each weight plate is larger than an air gap between an outside of the rotor core in the radial direction and an inside of the stator in the radial direction.

Motor, power unit, and bulldozer

Embodiments of the disclosure provide an axial flux motor and an electrical product. The motor includes a rotor which rotates with a central axis as a center, and a stator which is disposed opposite to the rotor in an axial direction and has a plurality of stator units, the plurality of stator units being disposed around the central axis. The stator unit includes a core unit formed by a core piece, and a coil unit formed by a wire wound and disposed around the core unit. A height of the core unit in the axial direction is less than or equal to a height of the coil unit in the axial direction. With the embodiments of the disclosure, the dependency between the coil and the core in design and manufacture can be reduced, and the degree of design freedom can be improved.

Axial flux motor and electrical product

A rotor is located around an outer periphery of a rotation shaft of a motor and rotates together with the rotation shaft. The rotor includes magnetic steel plates laminated in an axial direction and including a through-hole group passing therethrough in the axial direction. The through-hole group includes through-holes each including, as a central line, an imaginary line extending in the radial direction and having an arcuate shape extending from the central line to both sides and radially outward. The through-holes are arranged in the radial direction. Among the through-holes, a radius of curvature of an arcuate radially inner side surface of the radially innermost through-hole is the smallest, and/or a radius of curvature of an arcuate radially outer side surface of the radially outermost through-hole is the largest.
