An electric motor with double stators includes a first stator, a first stator and a rotor assembly. The rotor assembly is located between the first stator and the second stator in a radial direction. The rotor assembly includes a rotor body, a plurality of first rotor slots, a plurality of second rotor slots, a plurality of first magnets, and a plurality of second magnets. A first air gap is formed between the rotor body and the first stator, and a second air gap is formed between the rotor body and the second stator. The material of the first magnets is different to the material of the second magnets, and any position of the first magnets is different to any position of the second magnets.

Electric motor with double stators

A rotor mechanism includes a plurality of rotor bars and a rotor core. The rotor bars are disposed along the edge of the rotor core. The rotor core has a plurality of magnetic flux-barrier units and at least one flux channel. Each magnetic flux-barrier unit extends from one of the rotor bars to another rotor bar. The flux channel passes through the flux-barrier units and surrounds an axis of the rotor core, wherein each magnetic flux-barrier unit is a magnetic flux barrier, and the area between the adjacent magnetic flux-barrier units and the flux channel are pathways for magnetic flux.

The disclosure provides a stator module and a magnetic field generating structure which includes a magnetizer and an electrically conducting pipe. The electrically conducting pipe is wound around the magnetizer and has a passage inside. The passage has an outlet and an inlet opposite to each other. The electrically conducting pipe has a current input portion and a current output portion.

A feedback switching device and a method allow a drive control loop for a servo motor to actively switch the feedback mode in accordance with the rotating speed of the servo motor. When the servo motor is under a high speed operation, a sensorless position estimation feedback technology is used as the feedback mode; on the other hand, when the servo motor is under a low speed operation, the switching mode is automatically switched to a position sensing feedback technology. Therefore, the development needs for multi-function, high performance and low cost in the field of the servo motor control are met, and the conventional problem is solved that, when being applied to a servo driving system having a wide speed range, the single use of the position sensing feedback technology or the sensorless position estimation feedback technology fails to satisfy the application for a wide speed range.

Feedback switching device and method for driving of servo motor

A method for controlling starting of a motor is described, which is mainly applicable to estimate a possible initial position of a rotor of a motor by detecting a rotor rotation signal of the motor, and find out a most possible initial position of the rotor after making statistics. In the method for controlling the starting of the motor, a starting angle position region of the motor is calculated simply by using the rotor rotation signal of the motor, without additionally arranging a Hall sensor, so as to save a cost of a Hall device and an assembling cost. Furthermore, accuracy for estimating the starting position region can be increased according to an accuracy specification of products, thereby achieving a high flexibility.
