A waterproof and moisture-permeable composite material is provided, which is composed of a waterproof and moisture-permeable membrane and a melt-blown non-woven fabric. The melting point of melt-blown non-woven fabric ranges from 80° C. to 130° C., in which the melt-blown non-woven fabric is a thermoplastic polymer which may be a thermoplastic polyether ester elastomer polymer. A method for forming a waterproof and moisture-permeable composite material includes: providing a thermoplastic polymer; performing a melt-blown process to the thermoplastic polymer by using an extruder to form a melt-blown fiber, so the melt-blown fiber on a conveyer belt with multiple meshes to form a melt-blown non-woven fabric; covering a moisture-permeable membrane on the melt-blown non-woven fabric to adhere the moisture-permeable membrane and the melt-blown non-woven fabric to form a waterproof and moisture-permeable composite material.

The TPU heat-resistant layer is disposed on the TPU melting layer, and the TPU melting layer is disposed on the base layer. The present disclosure is relates to a TPU ball structure and a manufacturing method thereof. The TPU ball structure includes a ball bladder layer, a yarn layer and a surface layer. The ball bladder layer is made of TPU material. The yarn layer is made of TPU material, and the yarn layer is disposed to cover the ball bladder layer. The surface layer is made of TPU material, and the surface layer is disposed to cover the yarn layer. The above layers of the TPU ball structure are made of TPU material to satisfy a requirement for environmental protection, and are recyclable. There is no need to use adhesive to adhere the above layers of the TPU ball structure. Therefore, the peeling strength between the layers of the TPU ball structure can be increased so that the whole peeling strength of the TPU ball structure can be increased.

The method includes: providing a first structural layer and a second structural layer; performing a co-extrusion step to form a composite layer, in which to use a first extruding machine to perform the co-extrusion step, so the first structural layer is divided into a first thermal fuse film and a third thermal fuse film, and use a second extruding machine to perform the co-extrusion step, so the second structural layer is formed as a second thermal fuse film and disposed between the first thermal fuse film and the third thermal fuse film to form a composite layer; and performing a film-forming step, the composite layer is cooled to form a film through a forming wheel, and a rotating speed of the forming wheel can be controlled to acquire a desired thickness of the composite thermoplastic film.

The present invention relates to an artificial leather and a method for producing the same. The artificial leather includes a substrate, a thermoplastic polyurethane fiber adhesive layer, a thermoplastic polyurethane fiber layer, a paste layer, and a surface layer. The paste layer has a thermosetting paste or a high solid-content paste, and the paste has a specific adhesive temperature. A bonding can be performed at low temperature in the method for producing the same, and the artificial leather made by the method for producing the same has excellent hand feeling and/or smoothness.

A method for producing an artificial leather includes mixed spinning an island polymer and a sea polymer having a different dissolving property from that of the island polymer at a predetermined temperature, producing a non-woven substrate from the fiber obtained, immersing the non-woven substrate into a polymer, dissolving and removing the sea polymer in the non-woven substrate to obtain an artificial leather as a semi-finished product, and polishing the surface of the artificial leather to obtain an artificial leather having excellent dyeability and advanced fluff-like property. The ratio of melt flow index of the sea polymer to relative viscosity of the island polymer is about 20 to about 55, in which the relative viscosity of the island polymer is about 2.7 to about 3.5 and the weight percentage of the sea polymer relative to the sum of the sea polymer and the island polymer is about 30% to about 70%.
