Disclosed is a memory cell including a first transistor having a first terminal coupled to a bit line; a second transistor having a first terminal coupled to a bit line bar; a weight storage circuit coupled between a gate terminal of the first transistor and a gate terminal of the second transistor, storing a weight value, and determining to turn on the first transistor or the second transistor according to the weight value; and a driving circuit coupled to a second terminal of the first transistor, a second terminal of the second transistor, and at least one word line, receiving at least one threshold voltage and at least one input data from the word line, and determining whether to generate an operation current on a path of the turned-on first transistor or the turned-on second transistor according to the threshold voltage and the input data.

A strain measurement method includes disposing a 3D camera module at a first measurement position; using the 3D camera module to acquire a first 3D image of a to-be-measured object at a first to-be-measured position; acquiring a second 3D image of the to-be-measured object at the first to-be-measured position; and splicing the first and second 3D images to obtain an initial 3D image. The method still includes: moving the 3D camera module from the first measurement position to a second measurement position; using the 3D camera module to acquire a third 3D image of the to-be-measured object at a second to-be-measured position; acquiring a fourth 3D image of the to-be-measured object at the second to-be-measured position; and splicing the third and fourth 3D images to obtain a deformed 3D image. The method further includes comparing the initial 3D image and the deformed 3D image to output 3D deformation information.

Strain measurement method and strain measurement apparatus

A physiological signal processing device is provided. The physiological signal processing device includes a patch, a plurality of electrodes and a processing device. The plurality of electrodes detect an Electrocardiography (ECG) signal. The processing device is configured in the patch and is coupled to the plurality of electrodes to receive the ECG signal. Furthermore, according to the ECG signal, the processing device calculates a first differential value between a voltage of an R wave of the ECG signal and a reference ECG value, and determines whether the first differential value is greater than or equal to a first threshold to determine whether to adjust the positions of the electrodes. When the positions of the electrodes are determined, the processing device obtains heartbeat information and/or breathing information according to the ECG signal.

Physiological signal progressing device

A mesh electrode, a sensing device and an electrode layer are provided, in which the sensing device includes the mesh electrode. The mesh electrode is formed by a plurality of grid lines intersecting and connected to each other. The grid line has a bottom surface and a cross-section, and the cross-section is perpendicular to the bottom surface and has at least one curved portion. The electrode layer includes a plurality of conducting lines. The conducting lines have at least three line widths or at least three spaces. An appearing probability of each line width may be identical in the electrode layer. An appearing probability of each space may be identical in the electrode layer. The conducting line has a bottom surface and a cross-section, and the cross-section is perpendicular to the bottom surface and has at least one curved portion.

Mesh electrode, sensing device, and electrode layer

A sensing structure includes a sensing unit, a periphery circuit, and a connecting circuit. The connecting circuit connecting the sensing unit and the periphery circuit includes a connecting pattern. In an embodiment, the connecting pattern has at least two line widths. The line width of a part of the connecting pattern connecting the periphery circuit is greater than the line width of a part of the connecting pattern connecting the sensing unit. In an embodiment, the connecting pattern includes a mesh pattern having at least two mesh densities. The mesh density of a part of the mesh pattern connecting the periphery circuit is greater than the mesh density of a part of the mesh pattern connecting the sensing unit. In an embodiment, the connecting circuit includes lines between and connecting a single sensing series of the sensing unit and a periphery wire of the periphery circuit.

Sensing structure

A mobile device includes a system circuit board, a ground element, a communication module, a first antenna, a second antenna, a first ASM (Antenna Switch Module), and a second ASM. The first antenna is configured to receive or transmit a first signal in a first frequency band. The second antenna is configured to receive or transmit a second signal in a second frequency band. The second frequency band is different from the first frequency band. The first ASM is coupled between the first antenna and the communication module, and is configured to separate frequencies of the first signal. The second ASM is coupled between the second antenna and the communication module, and is configured to separate frequencies of the second signal.

Mobile device with two antennas and antenna switch modules

A physiological signal sensing structure, a stethoscope therewith, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. The sensing structure for physiological signals includes a flexible substrate, a piezoelectric sensing structure and a damping structure. The piezoelectric sensing structure is disposed over the flexible substrate, and includes a first surface and a second surface. The second surface of the piezoelectric sensing structure faces the flexible substrate. The piezoelectric sensing structure is an arc with a curvature, and the first surface thereof may face outward. The damping structure may be disposed between the flexible substrate and the piezoelectric sensing structure. In an embodiment, a further amplifying structure is disposed over the first surface of the piezoelectric sensing structure and contacts or does not contact a top region of the first surface.

Physiological signals sensing structure, stethoscope therewith and manufacturing method thereof

A readout apparatus and a driving method for sensor are provided. The readout apparatus includes an adjustable bias unit, a sensor unit, a signal converting unit, a checking unit and a control unit. The sensor unit senses physical energy and outputs a sensing result by using a bias voltage outputted from the adjustable bias unit. The control unit controls the adjustable bias unit according to the sensing result, so as to adjust the bias voltage. Therefore, the readout apparatus can reduce continuous power loss caused by long-term detection.

Readout apparatus and driving method for sensor

A flat speaker unit is provided herein. The flat speaker unit includes a first porous electrode, a second porous electrode, and a vibrating membrane with an electret layer disposed there between. In one embodiment, a plurality of supporting members may be configured between the vibrating membrane and the first porous electrode, or between the vibrating membrane and the second porous electrode. In one embodiment, a flat speaker device is provided with at least two flat speaker unit stacked together. By electrically connecting two ends of a signal source respectively to the first and second porous electrodes, or, in another embodiment, electrically connecting one end of the signal source to both of the first and second porous electrodes and connecting another end of the signal source to the vibrating membrane, a sound with low THD is generated accordingly from the flat speaker unit.

Flat speaker unit and speaker device therewith

A speaker structure includes a membrane, an electrode which has a plurality of holes, a frame holding member and at least one set of supporting members. The frame holding member forms an exterior shape of the speaker structure and holds the membrane and the electrode at two opposite sides. Each of the set of the supporting members has a geometric structure and is placed in a space opposite to a soniferous hole region between the electrode and the membrane, so as to prevent the membrane and the electrode from contacting.

Flat speaker structure

A driving interface device adaptive to a flat speaker is introduced herein. The driving interface device is coupled with an external sound source for receiving sound signals, and boosts voltage levels of the sound signals to drive the thin flat speaker without using an external power source. In one embodiment, an impedance component is provided in the driving interface device for coupling to the external sound source, so as to drive the flat speaker.

A flat speaker apparatus including a driving circuit module, a flat speaker and a thermally conductive connector, and with a heat dissipating structure is introduced. The flat speaker includes a porous electrode and a vibrating film. The porous electrode causes the vibrating film to vibrate according to an audio signal output from the driving circuit module for generating sound. The thermally conductive connector connects the driving circuit module and the flat speaker to conduct heat from the driving module to the flat speaker for dissipation. A method for heat dissipation of the flat speaker is also introduced herein.

Flat speaker apparatus with heat dissipating structure and method for heat dissipation of flat speaker

A flat loudspeaker structure is provided. A conductive electrode of a vibrating membrane of a flat speaker unit is disposed on both utmost sides of the flat speaker unit, so as to improve reliability of the flat speaker unit. The utmost conductive electrodes of the flat speaker unit are further grounded to achieve the EMI preventing function and/or thereby prevent a user from a risk of contacting high voltages. The flat speaker unit at least includes a pair of vibrating membranes each having the conductive electrode, a plurality of supporting members, a perforated electrode structure with a plurality of holes, and an insulator layer.

Flat loudspeaker structure

This invention provides a flexible antenna module for wireless energy transmission, which uses an antenna size controlling device to adjust the antenna's size to conform a living body's outer portion wearing the flexible annular antenna. An antenna energy transmission control module is provided to adjust the power for driving the flexible annular antenna according to the deformation of the flexible annular antenna. This invention can adjust both the antenna size to fit the individual and the power for driving the antenna. The individual can use the present antenna module under a comfortable, safe and reliable circumstance.

Flexible antenna module for wireless energy transmission

The present invention relates to a stethoscope auscultation method, adapted for an improved stethoscope so as to be used for assisting a medical diagnosis according to visceral sounds. The stethoscope auscultation method comprises the steps of: providing a stethoscope, whereas the stethoscope is composed of a stethoscope head module, a processing unit and a signal output unit, and the stethoscope head module further comprises a sensor and a visceral sound receiver; enabling the sensor to issue an activation signal to the processing unit as soon as it detects that the stethoscope head module enters an auscultation mode, and thereby activating the stethoscope; using the stethoscope to perform an auscultation process upon a living body as the visceral sound receiver is enabled to obtain audio signals originated from the visceral organs of the living body; enabling the processing unit to shut off the stethoscope automatically when the visceral sound receiver is unable to obtain the audio signals originated from the visceral organs for environmental purposes, such as reducing power consumption of the stethoscope, prolonging lifespan of the battery used in the stethoscope.
