A memory chip includes a first decoding device and a memory device. The first decoding device is configured to generate multiple word line signals. The memory device is configured to generate a third data signal based on a first data signal and a second data signal. The memory device includes a first memory circuit and a second memory circuit. The first memory circuit is configured to generate the first data signal at a first node according to the word line signals during a first period. The second memory circuit is configured to generate the second data signal at a second node different from the first node according to the word line signals during a second period after the first period. A method of operating a memory chip is also disclosed herein.

A chip is provided. The chip includes a flexible substrate, a plurality of thin-film transistors, a redistribution layer, a first power rail layer, and a second power rail layer. The plurality of thin-film transistors are disposed on the flexible substrate. The redistribution layer is disposed above the plurality of thin-film transistors. The first power rail layer is disposed above the redistribution layer. The first power rail layer provides a first voltage to the plurality of thin-film transistors. This disclosure provides a pixel structure of inorganic light emitting diode. A first power line is disposed between two adjacent first sub-pixel and second sub-pixel, and the first sub-pixel and second sub-pixel are electrically connected to the same first power line. Also, a first reference line is disposed on an opposite side of the first sub-pixel away from the second sub-pixel, and a second reference line is disposed on an opposite side of the second sub-pixel away from the first sub-pixel. The present invention relates to a driving method of speaker and the driving circuit thereof by employing the technique of converting digital sound signals into corresponding driving signals to drive the speaker. The driving method of the speaker comprises the steps of dividing the digital sound data into higher bits data group and lower bits data group, converting one data group into driving signals represented as pulse height, and modulating the other data group into driving signals represented as pulse width. The driving circuit comprises pulse width modulation (PWM) circuit for modulating one data group into driving signals represented as pulse width and digital analog conversion circuit for converting the other data group into driving signals represented as pulse height.

In the present invention, a temperature compensation circuit is provided. The temperature compensation circuit includes a first oscillator for providing a first clock signal, a timer electrically connected to the first oscillator for clocking a specific time period, a voltage regulator for generating a constant voltage, a second oscillator electrically connected to the voltage regulator for providing a second clock signal, and a counter electrically connected to the second oscillator for counting within the specific time period based on the second clock signal so as to obtain a counting value, and thereby a frequency of the second oscillator is obtained for the temperature compensation.

A time-division method for playing multi-channel voice signals is provided to improve voice qualities of the multi-channel voice signals. The first feature of the present invention is that after time-division sampling, the voice signals can be directly sent to a subsequent voice generator without being demodulated beforehand. The second feature is that the ratio of a specific voice signal to a synthesized voice can be easily adjusted by changing the numbers of channels occupied by the specific voice. Consequently, the adjusting circuitry can be significantly simplified.
