An aperture unit having an optical axis is provided, which includes a fixed portion having a first surface and including a protrusion formed on the first surface, a guiding element movably connected to the fixed portion and including a through hole, a first blade movably connected to the guiding element and the fixed portion, and a driving assembly use for driving the guiding element to move for moving the first blade. The optical axis passes through the through hole. The first surface has a first accommodating space having a recessed structure to accommodate the guiding element, and the protrusion extends toward the first blade.

Aperture unit

The present invention relates to an aperture unit having an optical axis. The aperture unit includes a fixed portion, a guiding element, a first blade and a driving assembly. The guiding element is movably connected to the fixed portion, and the first blade is movably connected to the guiding element and the fixed portion. The driving assembly is disposed on the guiding element for driving the guiding element to move relative to the fixed portion in a first moving dimension. When the guiding element moves relative to the fixed portion in the first moving dimension, the first blade is driven by the guiding element to move relative to the fixed portion in a second moving dimension, and the first moving dimension and the second moving dimension are different.

An optical element driving mechanism is provided. The optical element driving mechanism includes a fixed part, a movable part, a first driving assembly, and a strengthening member. The fixed part includes a first base. The movable part is connected to an optical element with an optical axis. The movable part is movable relative to the fixed part, and the movable part is accommodated in the fixed part. The first driving assembly drives the movable part to move relative to the fixed part. The first driving assembly is disposed in the first base. The strengthening member is embedded in the first base. When viewed along a direction that is perpendicular to the optical axis, the strengthening member at least partially overlaps the first driving assembly. When viewed along the optical axis, the strengthening member does not overlap the first driving assembly.

Optical element driving mechanism

An optical system is provided, including a movable part, a fixed module, a driving assembly, a position sensor, and an electronic element. The movable part holds an optical element that defines an optical axis, and the fixed module is movably connected to the movable part and has a base. The driving assembly drives the movable part to move relative to the fixed module. The position sensor is disposed on the base for detecting the position of the movable part relative to the fixed module. The electronic element is disposed on the base, wherein the position sensor overlaps the electronic element when viewed along the optical axis.

Optical system

An electromagnetic driving mechanism is provided for driving two different optical lenses, including a base, a first holder, a frame, a resilient element, a first electromagnetic driving assembly, a second holder, and a second electromagnetic driving assembly. The first and second holders are provided for holding the optical lenses. The frame is affixed to the base, has magnetically permeable material, and surrounds the first holder. The resilient element connects the first holder with the frame. The first electromagnetic driving assembly is disposed between the first holder and the frame to drive the first holder moving relative to the base. The second electromagnetic driving assembly is disposed on an outer side of the second holder to drive the second holder moving relative to the base.

Electromagnetic driving mechanism and assembly method thereof

A driving mechanism for moving an optical element is provided, including a movable portion, a fixed portion, a driving assembly, and a first resilient element. The movable portion is for connecting the optical element. The movable portion is movable relative to the fixed portion. The driving assembly drives the movable portion to move relative to the fixed portion. The first resilient element has a board structure. The movable portion is movably connected to the fixed portion via the first resilient element. The fixed portion includes a connection surface, a restricting surface, and a recessed portion. At least a portion of the first resilient element is disposed on the connection surface. The restricting surface contacts and restricts the movable portion. The recessed portion is located between the connection surface and the restricting surface, wherein the recessed portion is lower than the connection surface and the restricting surface.

Driving mechanism

An optical system is provided, including a holder, a fixed module, a driving assembly, and a first resilient member. The holder is used for holding an optical element that defines an optical axis. The fixed module is movably connected to the holder and has a housing and a base connected to the housing. The base has a bottom surface parallel to the optical axis and a first pillar forming a first surface that is not parallel to the optical axis. The driving assembly drives the holder to move relative to the fixed module. The first resilient member is disposed on the first surface and movably connects the holder with the fixed module.

An optical element driving mechanism is provided. The optical element driving mechanism includes a movable part and a fixed part. The movable part holds an optical element with an optical axis and moves relative to the fixed part. The fixed part includes a bottom unit, which is integrally formed. The bottom unit includes a base member, a circuit member, and a driving coil assembly. The driving coil assembly is electrically connected to the circuit member. The circuit member and the driving coil assembly are located at the base member. The driving coil assembly includes a connection wire, a plurality of first driving coils, and a plurality of second driving coils. The first driving coils are connected via the connection wire. The second driving coils are located between the first driving coils and the circuit member. When viewed along a direction that is perpendicular to the optical axis, the second driving coils partially overlap the connection wire.

An optical system is provided, including a holder, a fixed module, a driving assembly, and a first resilient member. The holder is used for holding an optical element that defines an optical axis. The fixed module is movably connected to the holder and has a housing and a base connected to the housing. The base has a bottom surface parallel to the optical axis and a first pillar forming a first surface not parallel to the optical axis. The driving assembly drives the holder to move relative to the fixed module. The first resilient member is disposed on the first surface and movably connecting the holder with the fixed module.

An optical system is provided, including: a base; a first driving module, including: a first holder configured to receive a first optical element and having a first side; a first coil disposed on the first holder; at least one first magnet adjacent to the first coil; and a second driving module, including: a second holder configured to receive a second optical element and having a second side; a second coil disposed on the second holder; and at least one second magnet adjacent to the second coil; wherein the first side is adjacent to the second side, and no magnet is disposed on the first side or the second side.

An optical component driving mechanism includes a holder, a frame, a casing, a base, a first elastic member, a second elastic member and a driving assembly. The holder is for holding an optical component. The frame is elastically connected to the holder. The base is fixedly connected to the casing. The first elastic member has a first outer connecting portion and a first inner connecting portion. The second elastic member has a second outer connecting portion and a second inner connecting portion. The driving assembly is configured to drive the holder to move relative to the frame. The first and second outer connecting portions are disposed on the frame, the first and second inner connecting portions are disposed on the holder, and there is no elastic member disposed between the holder and the base for connecting the base or the frame.

Optical component driving mechanism

A driving mechanism for supporting an optical member is provided, including a base, a frame, a movable portion, a driving module, and an adhesive member. The base includes a plurality of first sidewalls, and at least one recess is formed on the first sidewalls. The frame includes a plurality of second sidewalls, and at least one opening is formed on the second sidewalls. The base and the frame form a hollow box, and the opening corresponds to the recess. The movable portion and the driving module are disposed in the hollow box. The driving module can drive the movable portion to move relative to the base. The adhesive member is accommodated in the opening and the recess, and extended along the first sidewalls. The adhesive member is disposed between the first sidewalls and the second sidewalls.

An optical element driving mechanism is provided. The optical element driving mechanism includes a case, a bottom, a holder, a driving assembly, and a position sensing assembly. The bottom is connected to the case. The holder is disposed on the bottom and holds an optical element with an optical axis. The driving assembly drives the holder to move. The position sensing assembly senses the holder. The position sensing assembly includes a magnetic element, a sensor, and a magnetic-permeable element. The magnetic element is disposed on the holder. The sensor senses the magnetic element. The magnetic-permeable element is disposed adjacent to the sensor. The magnetic element and the sensor are arranged along a first direction. The sensor and the magnetic-permeable element are arranged along a second direction. The first direction is different from the second direction.

A camera module is provided, including a frame, a holder, an image sensor, a plate, an electromagnetic driving assembly, and an elastic element. The frame connects the holder with the plate. The holder is configured to sustain an optical lens, and the image sensor is disposed on the plate. The elastic element connects the frame with the plate. The electromagnetic driving assembly is disposed on the frame and the plate, and is configured to drive the plate and the image sensor to move with respect to the frame and the holder.

An optical system includes a base, a first lens driving module, and a second lens driving module. The first lens driving module includes a first lens holder, a first magnet, and a first coil. The first lens holder is configured to hold a first optical element. The first coil corresponding to the first magnet is configured to drive the first lens holder to move relative to the base. The second lens driving module includes a second lens holder, a second magnet, and a second coil. The second lens holder is configured to hold a second optical element. The second coil corresponding to the second magnet is configured to drive the second lens holder to move relative to the base. The first magnet is disposed between the first and second lens holders, and no other magnet is disposed between the first and second lens holders except the first magnet.
