The present disclosure relates to a composition for inducing immune response comprising a glycoengineered antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof that is specific for an antigen portion having a receptor binding domain (RBD) of a surface protein of a virus. The present disclosure also relates to an immune combination and a method for treating an infection by a virus.

The present disclosure provides a fusion protein comprising a fucosidase or a truncated fragment or a mutant thereof fuses with either N-terminal end or C-terminal end of the endoglycosidase or a truncated fragment of mutant thereof. The present disclosure also provides a nucleic acid molecule expressing the fusion protein and a method for remodeling a glycan of an antibody Fc region.

The present disclosure relates to anti-SSEA4 antibodies and bindings fragments thereof comprising specific complementarity determining regions capable of high affinity binding to SSEA4 molecules and SSEA4-associated expressing tumor cells, such as breast cancer, pancreatic cancer, and renal cancer cells. The anti-SSEA4 antibodies and binding fragments induce ADCC or CDC effects in the targeted tumor cells and inhibit and/or reduce the cancer/tumor proliferation. The present disclosure also provides anti-SSEA4 antibodies and binding fragments thereof as a pharmaceutical composition for treating cancer. In addition, the anti-SSEA4 antibodies and binding fragments are useful in the diagnosis of cancers.
