A frame with an outer silicon layer and a manufacturing method of forming the silicone layer on the outer part of frame are disclosed. The manufacturing method includes a forming step, a combining step and a removing step. First, a pair of mold with a forming space is formed with a silicone carrier including an effective combination region and an ineffective region. An emplacing space is next formed in the effective combination region and a frame is put into the emplacing space. Before putting in the frame, either the outer part of frame or the emplacing space is coated with a silicone coating, and then the effective combination region is combined on the outer part of frame by a secondary sulfurization. Finally, the effective combination region is removed from the ineffective region to form a silicone layer, made of the effective combination region, on the outer part of frame.

An injection molding method for a semifinished product includes a semifinished product emplacement step, a semifinished product pre-compression step and a forming step. First, a pair of mold with a forming space is provided. A semifinished product is put into the mold, and a first joint is performed to the mold by a press-fit jig, fixing the semifinished product in the forming space. The semifinished product is also tightly fitted with the mold. Next, a first open-die is performed and the press-fit jig is removed. After that, a second joint is performed, and a forming material is injected into the forming space. Finally, a second open-die is performed, and then a finished product is formed. By the semifinished product pre-compression step, the forming material can be prevented from resulting in spill or burr on the semifinished product, thereby improving the yield of injection molding.

Injection molding method for a semifinished product

A micro speaker capable of preventing voice coil rubbing, including an outer casing provided with a holding space, a diaphragm installed within the holding space, a magnet provided with an axis, a voice coil encircling the exterior of the magnet and connected to a diaphragm, and an elastic connecting member connected between the voice coil and the magnet. The diaphragm is disposed on the first end, and the magnet is disposed on the second end of the holding space so as to be separated from the diaphragm. The elastic connecting member is used to maintain a clearance between the voice coil and the magnet. After a signal voltage is fed into the voice coil, the diaphragm extends along the axis causing amplitudes of vibration, and the elastic connecting member reduces amplitudes of deflection produced along the axis, thereby preventing rubbing between the voice coil and the magnet from occurring.

An electrical connector assembly includes first and second connectors and an adapter module having an assembler member for assembling the first and second connectors together. The first connector has a terminal confining plate for confining the terminals therethrough. Each terminal has a contact section, a distributing section and an intermediate section interconnecting the contact and distributing sections. The adapter module further includes a one-piece terminal fixing member disposed within the assembler member for coupling to the terminal confining plate. The terminal fixing member is formed with first and second rows of terminal holes spaced apart in parallel manner, wherein the intermediate sections of the terminals are embedded within the first and second rows of terminal holes via insert molding process such that the contact and distributing sections of the terminals extend outward from two opposite sides of the terminal fixing member.

An anti-electromagnetic interference electrical connector having a terminal assembly is provided. The anti-EMI electrical connector includes an electrical insulation case, plural first terminals, and plural second terminals. The electrical insulation case includes a slot. Each first terminal is disposed in the electrical insulation case and includes a contact end located in the slot. Each second terminal is disposed in the electrical insulation case and in a staggered manner with the first terminals. Each second terminal includes a body and a first extended portion. The body is located in the electrical insulation case and includes a connection end located in the slot. The first extended portion extends from the body and an included angle is defined between the first extended portion and the body. The first extended portion isolates the first terminals adjacent to each of the second terminals by increasing a lateral projected area of the second terminal.

An electrical connector assembly includes several casings juxtaposed to and connected to one another along an assembling direction, and a positioning bottom plate disposed at a level below the casings. Each casing includes a top plate, a side wall extending downwardly from a lateral side along a mounting direction transverse to the assembling direction, and one fixing pin projecting downward from a bottom end of the side wall. The positioning bottom plate is formed with several rows of fixing channel. Each row of the fixing channels is aligned with the fixing pins of a respective casing. When the juxtaposed casings are brought to fix securely on a printed circuit board supporting the positioning bottom plate, the fixing pins of the casings respectively extend through the fixing channels in the positioning bottom plate such that the positioning bottom plate absorbs an accumulated tolerance caused due to a juxtaposed connection among the casings along the assembling direction.

An anti-electromagnetic interference (anti-EMI) electrical connector having a terminal assembly is provided. The anti-EMI electrical connector includes an electrical insulation case, a plurality of first terminals, and a plurality of second terminals. The electrical insulation case includes a slot. Each of the first terminals is respectively disposed in the electrical insulation case, and each of the first terminals respectively includes a contact end located in the slot. Each of the second terminals is respectively disposed in the electrical insulation case, and the second terminals and the first terminals are arranged in a staggered manner. Each of the second terminals respectively includes a connection end located in the slot and adjacent to the contact end of at least one first terminal, in which a sectional area of the connection end of the second terminal is larger than a sectional area of the contact end of the first terminal.

Anti-electromagnetic interference electrical connector and terminal assembly thereof

An electrical connector includes a fixing member having a support seat; a plurality of terminals, each having an embed section embedded within the fixing member along an extension direction via an insert-molding process and a contact section exposing from the support seat of the fixing member; and an insulated body for seating on the support seat of the fixing member. The insulated body has an insert face formed with a plurality of terminal holes. The insert face is dented inwardly so as to form a plug reception chamber in spatial communication with the terminal holes. When the insulated body is seated on the support seat of the fixing member, the contact sections of the terminals pass through the terminal holes in the insulated body and are retained within the plug reception chamber.

Manufacturing method of an electrical connector

An electrical connector includes an insulated seat, and first and second seats. A plurality of first and second terminals are embedded partially into the first and second seats via insert molding process in such a manner that when the first and second seats are assembled to the insulated seat, a first engagement structure of the first seat engages with a second engagement structure of the second seat while one of the two clamping structures at the insulated seat clamps an assembly of the first and second assembling structures of the first and second seats.

An electrical connector assembly includes a first connector having a plurality of first terminals; a main element for coupling to the first connector, and formed with a terminal recess for reception of the first terminals therein; and an adapter element for coupling to the main element, and including a plurality of adapter terminals. A card edge connector includes an insulation body, a first assembly part, a second assembly part, a plurality of first terminals and a plurality of second terminals. The first terminals and the second terminals are respectively mounted into the first assembly part and the second assembly part. The first assembly part is assembled to the rear side of the insulation body, while the second assembly part is assembled to the lower side of the insulation body.

Card edge connector

A connector assembly for holding a memory card provided with two card holes, includes an insulated body, two fixing members projecting from two opposite ends of the insulated body, two supporting elements formed on a front side of the insulated body and two clamping members mounted respectively on the opposite ends of the insulated body. Once the memory card is inserted into the electrical connector assembly, the clamping members cooperatively clamp two opposite ends of the memory card therebetween with the supporting elements extend respectively through the card holes in the memory card.
