A motor stator structure includes a main body and multiple stopper plates. The main body has multiple magnetic poles and a shaft hole. The magnetic poles outward extend from the main body. Each magnetic pole has a free end outward extending from the main body. The shaft hole passes through the main body between two ends thereof. The stopper plates are respectively correspondingly assembled with the free ends of the magnetic poles. In the motor stator structure, the windings are more densely wound on the magnetic poles to enhance the magnetization efficiency.

A manufacturing method in which laser welding is used to weld multiple posts of a protection structure with multiple splits of the silicon steel sheet assembly of a stator module. The manufacturing method has high welding precision and excellent sealing effect. Also, the welding time is shortened and the thermal deformation is reduced.

Manufacturing method of a stator module of a fan

A fan includes a fan frame, a rotor, a stator module and a protection structure. The fan frame has a base seat and the stator module is disposed on the base seat. The stator module includes a silicon steel sheet assembly having multiple splits and multiple outer faces. The rotor is disposed in the fan frame corresponding to the outer faces of the silicon steel sheet assembly. The protection structure includes multiple posts corresponding to the splits of the silicon steel sheet assembly. The posts are welded with the splits by means of laser welding.

Protection structure and a fan thereof

A method for combining a sleeve and bearings, comprising the steps of: providing a base having a sleeve; disposing at least one bearing in the sleeve; and providing a laser beam to illuminate and melt a contact place between the perimeter of the bearing and the sleeve such that the bearing and the sleeve is combined firmly. Therefore, the effects of securing the bearings, reinforcing the structure thereof, and increasing the lifetimes of the bearings and the sleeve can be achieved.
