A method for extracting and separating dihydromyricetin from rattan tea, which belongs to the technical field of natural medicine extraction and separation, includes: 1) weighing rattan tea leaves, then adding solvent thereto, stirring and refluxing to extract, filtering, keeping on refluxing extraction of residue, and combining extract; 2) adding activated carbon to the extract, performing decolorization, filtering, retaining the filtrate, and then concentrating the filtrate; and 3) crystallizing the concentrated filtrate, filtering, and washing the crystals with cold water and vacuum drying. The method has simple process, high yield and stability, and is easy to realize industrialized production.

Method for extracting and separating dihydromyricetin from rattan tea

This application discloses a method for synthesizing myricetin, which includes the following steps: adding an alkaline solution to an aqueous solution of dihydromyricetin, and heating under a reflux state after the addition; adding an aqueous solution of selenium dioxide, stirring at a reflux temperature after the addition, and cooling to room temperature after the reaction is complete; adding acid to adjust pH, stirring, rotary evaporation, stirring, and filtering; adding an aqueous solution of ethanol to a filter cake to make a slurry, filtering, washing the filter cake with the aqueous solution of ethanol, collecting the filter cake and drying to obtain red selenium; combining organic phases, spin-drying until there is no ethanol smell, precipitating a large amount of solids, filtering, and washing the filter cake with the aqueous solution of ethanol to obtain a yellow solid which is myricetin. The advantages of the disclosure are: 1. simple and easy to operate the reaction; 2. mainly using water and a small amount of ethanol as solvents so that the three wastes are less discharged; 3. recovering red selenium which is economically valuable; 4. obtaining myricetin of high purity; 5. serving multiple purposes with good economic benefits, and suitable for scale-up production.

The present disclosure provides a method for preparing diselenide compound. A polar solvent is added to a dihydroflavonol compound, heated to 80&#xb0; C.&#x2dc;100&#xb0; C., kept for 40&#x2dc;50 minutes, then the base in the amount of 0.4&#x2dc;1.0 times the amount of the dihydroflavonol compound is added and reacted at 80&#xb0; C.&#x2dc;100&#xb0; C. for 5&#x2dc;60 minutes, then selenium dioxide in the amount of 0.6&#x2dc;1.2 times the amount of dihydroflavonol compounds at 80&#xb0; C.&#x2dc;100&#xb0; C. The diselenide compound of the dihydroflavonol compound is obtained by reacting at a temperature of 80&#xb0; C.&#x2dc;100&#xb0; C. for 30&#x2dc;150 minutes. The method of the present disclosure has mild reaction, low pollution, does not require an anhydrous and oxygen-free environment, and is suitable for large-scale industrial production.
