A dual clutch arrangement for a dual clutch transmission for motor vehicles has a first and a second friction clutch. The friction clutches have a common input member and in each case one output member. The output member of the first friction clutch is connected to a first shaft. The output member of the second friction clutch is connected to a second shaft which is formed as a hollow shaft concentrically around the first shaft. The first and the second friction clutches are nested radially one inside the other. The input member is mounted radially on the second shaft.

Dual clutch arrangement

A drive unit comprises a clutch arrangement and a transmission which is connected to the clutch arrangement by way of a shaft arrangement. A fluid supply device is arranged radially inside the clutch arrangement and around the shaft arrangement, in order to supply the clutch arrangement with fluid. The shaft arrangement extends into the transmission. The transmission comprises a plurality of transmission components along the shaft arrangement. The components are supplied with fluid for at least one of lubrication and cooling purposes. A radial inlet duct leads from the fluid supply device into the interior of the shaft arrangement. An axial duct extends inside the shaft arrangement. At least one radial outlet duct inside the transmission leads from the axial duct to the transmission components, in order to supply these with fluid.

The invention relates to an actuating mechanism for engaging and disengaging a separating clutch of a single-clutch or multiple-clutch transmission, which has a housing, for a motor vehicle, having: an actuating drive; a cam segment which has a curved recess and which is rotatable about a first bearing, said first bearing being fixed with respect to the housing, and which can be rotated by the actuating drive in an engagement rotational direction or a disengagement rotational direction; and an engagement fork which is rotatable about a second bearing, said second bearing being fixed with respect to the housing, and which is coupled at one side of the fork to the cam segment by means of a cam follower and which can be coupled on an opposite side of the fork to the separating clutch in such a way that the separating clutch is closed in the event of a rotation of the cam segment in the engagement rotational direction and the separating clutch is opened in the event of a rotation of the cam segment in the disengagement rotational direction. The cam follower engages into the curved recess and being guided by a contour of the curved recess in the event of a rotation of the cam segment; with the contour being shaped such that the cam follower is offset in a radial direction of the cam segment in the event of an actuation of the actuating drive (FIG.).

A dual clutch arrangement with an input shaft, with a first friction clutch, and with a second friction clutch. The input element of the first friction clutch is connected to the input shaft and the output element thereof is connected to a first output shaft. The input element of the second friction clutch is connected to the input shaft and the output element thereof is connected to a second output shaft. The output shafts are connectable to corresponding input shafts of a dual clutch transmission. An electric machine is connected to the first output shaft. The electric machine is arranged coaxially with the first friction clutch.

The dual clutch arrangement has a housing, an input shaft, a first friction clutch, a second friction clutch, two output shafts, a hub which is fixed to the housing, a first piston/cylinder arrangement which is fixed to the housing, and a second piston/cylinder arrangement which is fixed to the housing. Input members of the friction clutches are connected to the input shaft. Output members of the friction clutches in each case are connected to one of the two output shafts. It is possible for the friction clutches to be actuated in each case by means of one of the piston/cylinder arrangements, which are fixed to the housing. At least one of the input members is rotatably mounted by means of a radial bearing arrangement on the hub which is fixed to the housing.

A first piston arrangement serves to actuate the first friction clutch and has a first piston, a first piston space and a first centrifugal force equalizing space. A second piston arrangement serves to actuate the second friction clutch and has a second piston, a second piston space and a second centrifugal force equalizing space. The piston spaces and the centrifugal force equalizing spaces are situated in each case on opposite sides of the associated piston and are connected by means of feed lines to a valve arrangement.
