A server device for generating and outputting work management information of at least one carrier. The server device comprises a storage device for storing a program for generating work management information, and a controller for reading the program from the storage device and generating work management information by executing the program. The controller performs: a process of acquiring position information about at least one carrier; a process of generating, based on the position information, work type information indicating whether the carrier is performing a predetermined work or moving; a process of calculating a required time for each work type information item of the carrier; a process of comparing the required time for each work type information item and extracting a work element with low work efficiency based on a first rule concerning required time; and a process of outputting the extracted work element with low work efficiency.

Work management system

A controller () of a hydraulic excavator () performs a first determination of determining whether or not loading of an object to be worked onto a dump truck () by the hydraulic excavator has been conducted based on a posture of a work implement (), calculates a first load that is a load of the object to be worked loaded onto the dump truck by the hydraulic excavator based on a thrust force of a boom cylinder () and on a determination result of the first determination, performs a third determination of determining whether or not the first load is to be integrated based on a determination result of a second determination of determining whether or not the loading of the object to be worked onto the dump truck by the hydraulic excavator has been conducted that is transmitted from a controller () of the dump truck and on the determination result of the first determination, and calculates a loaded weight on the dump truck by integrating the first load in a case where it is determined by the third determination that the first load is to be integrated.

Hydraulic excavator

An excavation load calculated by an excavation load calculating section and an excavation distance calculated by an excavation distance calculating section are stored in a work result storage section in association with each other. A correspondence relation setting section sets correspondence relation between a target excavation load and a target excavation distance on the basis of a tendency of correspondence relation between the excavation load and the excavation distance stored in the work result storage section. The target excavation load is set on the basis of rated capacity information of a bucket. A target excavation distance calculating section calculates the target excavation distance on the basis of the correspondence relation set by the correspondence relation setting section and the target excavation load. The target excavation distance is displayed on a monitor.

Work machine

A controllermounted on a work machine calculates a target carried load representing a target value for a carried load carried by the work machine on the basis of loadage of a transportation machine in case the loadage is changed, calculates a minimum integration load value depending on the magnitude of the calculated target carried load, and calculates the loadage by integrating the carried load in case it is determined that a work implement has performed a loading operation on the transportation machine and in case the calculated carried load is equal to or larger than the minimum integration load value.

A loading amount accumulation device includes a loading amount storage sectionstoring a loading amount, a loading amount calculation sectionaccumulating load weight data about a transport object in a working front to the loading amount, and updating the loading amount by the value after being accumulated, a difference calculation sectioncalculating a difference between a loaded amount of a vessel and the loading amount, an accumulation success/failure determination sectioncomparing an absolute value of the difference and a value Dth, determining that accumulation has failed when the absolute value is larger than the value Dth, and outputting a result, a loading amount correction section, when the failure is output as the result, performing correction so as to set the loaded amount data as the loading amount, and updating the loading amount by the corrected loading amount, and an output section outputting the loading amount.

Loading amount accumulation device and loading amount accumulation system

A controller includes a storage device that stores a load overflow reference value defined by a mutual relation between a load value of a work target object, a posture of a work implement, and a movement state of the work implement. The controller calculates the posture of the work implement, and calculates a physical quantity (for example, a swing speed) indicating the movement state of the work implement. The controller estimates whether or not the work implement has caused a load overflow during the transportation of the work target object on the basis of the reference value stored in the storage device, the calculated load value of the work target object, the calculated posture of the work implement, and the calculated physical quantity indicating the movement state of the work implement. When the controller determines that the load overflow has occurred, the controller makes a notification to that effect on a monitor.

A controller () calculates, based on a target loading weight (P) that is a target value of a total weight of working objects to be loaded into a hauling vehicle, a set loading time number indicative of a loading time number required for the construction machine before the target loading weight (P) is reached and bucket shape information indicative of a shape of a bucket (), an appropriate loading weight (W) that is an appropriate value of the weight of the working objects to be loaded into the hauling vehicle by a single time loading work by the construction machine, creates an appropriate amount illustration () that is an illustration of a state at which the working objects of the appropriate loading weight (W) are loaded into the bucket and that illustrates the state of the working objects, based on the appropriate loading weight (W) and the bucket shape information, and controls a display device () to display an illustration () of the bucket () and the appropriate amount illustration () in a superimposed relationship.

A hydraulic excavator () including a controller () having a load computing section () configured to compute a load of a work target material on the basis of thrust information about a boom cylinder () during the period when a front work implement () is performing a transporting operation of a work target material, the controller () further including: a velocity limiting value computing section () configured to compute a limiting value (Vlim) of a velocity of a boom cylinder () on the basis of posture information about the work implement () at a time of starting the transporting operation; a velocity command correction section () configured to correct a velocity command in such a manner that the velocity of the boom cylinder is equal to the limiting value (Vlim) when the velocity of the boom cylinder exceeds the limiting value and output the corrected velocity command; and a drive signal generation section () configured to generate and output a drive signal for the boom cylinder on the basis of the velocity command output from a velocity command correction section.

A work assist system for a self-propelled hydraulic excavator includes a controller () configured to determine a region in which an assumed excavation amount is obtained from an object to be excavated by one excavation operation of the hydraulic excavator () as a region to be excavated S on the basis of the assumed excavation amount in the one excavation operation of the hydraulic excavator (), and to calculate a work position Pw of the hydraulic excavator () at which the hydraulic excavator () performs a next excavation operation on the basis of the region to be excavated S. A distance Lw from the hydraulic excavator to the work position Pw is calculated by the controller () and this distance Lw is displayed on the monitor ().

Work assist system for work machine

A loadage correction system includes a loading-weight measuring unit that measures a loading weight of a work object loaded by a loader, a loadage measuring unit that measures loadage of the work object loaded on a transporter from the loader, a communication unit that performs data transfer of measurement results obtained in the loading-weight measuring unit and the loadage measuring unit, a difference calculating unit that calculates a difference between the measurement results of the loading-weight measuring unit and the loadage measuring unit input from the loading-weight measuring unit and the loadage measuring unit, a difference storing unit that stores a difference calculation result, a correction-target determining unit that determines the loading-weight measuring unit or the loadage measuring unit, the measurement result of which needs to be corrected, from the loading-weight measuring unit and the loadage measuring unit, and a correction-value calculating unit that calculates a correction value for the loading-weight measuring unit or the loadage measuring unit.

Loadage correction system

A work machine operation assistance device enables setting of a manipulation gain appropriate for a skill level and habits of an operator and/or actual work contents. The work machine operation assistance device includes: a manipulation gain storage section storing a manipulation gain; a manipulated variable detection section detecting a manipulated variable of the operating device; a time integration section adding up time that the operating device is operated; a manipulated-variable frequency arithmetic section computing a manipulated-variable frequency of the operating device; a manipulated-variable frequency criterion setting section presetting a criterion value for the manipulated-variable frequency; a manipulation gain update arithmetic section performing a computation to update the manipulation gain; a manipulation gain display section displaying a result of the manipulation gain computed; and a manipulation gain update selection section to select whether or not an update to the manipulation gain displayed on the manipulation gain display section is performed.

Work machine operation assistance device

A dual-arm work machine includes: a first front working machine to which a first attachment is mounted; a second working machine to which a second attachment is mounted; a first drive device that drives the first front working machine and the first attachment based on a first drive command from a first operation member; a second drive device that drives the second front working machine and the second attachment based on a second drive command from a second operation member; and a drive command output device that inputs the first and second drive commands, and generates and outputs a shared drive command that drives the first and second drive devices.

Dual-arm work machine

A construction machine includes: a work arm rotatably mounted at a construction machine main body; a work tool mounted at the work arm; an attitude decision device that decides an attitude of the work arm or the work tool relative to the construction machine main body; a follow-up enabling device that allows the work arm or the work tool to follow a displacement of a contacting object that comes into contact with the work tool and applies an external force to the work tool, by adjusting the attitude of the work arm or the work tool decided by the attitude decision device; and a switching device that selects whether or not to allow the work arm or the work tool to follow the displacement of the contacting object via the follow-up enabling device.

Construction machine

A double-arm working machine has an upper swing structure, an operator cabin, left swing post and right swing post provided in front of the upper swing structure, and a left work front A and right work front B provided on the left swing post and the right swing post, respectively, such that the work fronts A, B each sway vertically. An interference prevention controller generates an output signal to swing the swing postspursuant to a differential angle between the left and right work fronts A, B and to a command signal from an operating device. A differential angle range in which the left and right work fronts A, B are likely to come into contact with each other is defined as an interference danger area (N), and an assigned differential-angle range contiguous to the interference danger area is defined as a semi-interference danger area.
