A vehicle brake system includes a vehicle brake device and a hydraulic pressure generation unit. The vehicle brake device includes: a brake pedal that has a pedal portion, and a lever portion rotating about a rotation axis in response to the pedal portion being operated; a stroke sensor that outputs a signal based on a stroke amount of the brake pedal; a housing that rotatably supports the lever portion; and a reaction force generation portion that generates a reaction force applied on the lever portion based on the stroke amount. The hydraulic pressure generation unit generates a hydraulic pressure for braking a vehicle.

Vehicle brake system

A brake device includes: a brake pedal including a pedal and a lever that rotates about a rotation axis when the pedal is operated; a housing that rotatably supports the lever; a reaction force generator that generates a reaction force to the lever in accordance with a stroke amount of the brake pedal by receiving a force from the lever when the brake pedal is operated; a deformation member including a deformation portion that is deformed by a force received from the lever when the brake pedal is operated in a state where the reaction force generated by the reaction force generator is generated; and a stroke sensor that outputs a signal corresponding to the stroke amount and outputs a value indicating that operation of the brake pedal is abnormal and instructing execution of control for stopping a vehicle when the deformation portion is deformed.

Brake device for vehicle

A vehicle brake device includes a brake pedal having a pedal part and a lever part rotatable about a rotational shaft according to an operation of the pedal part, a housing rotatably supporting the lever part and being located in a vehicle compartment of a vehicle and on a partition wall that separates an outside of the vehicle compartment and an inside of the vehicle compartment, and a reaction force generator connected to the housing and the lever part and configured to generate a reaction force on the lever part in accordance with a stroke amount of the brake pedal.

Vehicle brake device and vehicle brake system

A brake device for a vehicle includes: a brake pedal having a pedal portion and a lever portion that rotates about a rotation axis when the pedal portion is operated; a housing that rotatably supports the lever portion; and a plate member configured to generate a reaction force with respect to the lever portion in response to a stroke amount of the brake pedal. The plate member has a longitudinal surface defined by a side extending in a longitudinal direction of the plate member and a side extending in a width direction of the plate member. The longitudinal surface is arranged so as to face the lever portion. When the pedal portion is operated, the plate member is bent to generate the reaction force.

A brake device for a vehicle includes: a brake pedal having a pedal part and a lever part that rotates about a rotation shaft when the pedal part is operated; a housing that rotatably supports the lever part; a reaction force generator connected to the housing and the lever part to generate a reaction force against the lever part according to a stroke amount of the brake pedal; and a stopper configured to stop the lever part by being in contact with the lever part such that the lever part is restricted from rotating in a direction opposite to a rotation direction when the pedal part is operated.

A centrifugal pump includes a motor having a shaft, and an impeller engaged with an end portion of the shaft such that a rotation of the impeller relative to the shaft is limited. The impeller includes a main panel engaged with the shaft, a plurality of passage walls extending from the main panel in an axial direction, a side panel in contact with end surfaces of the passage walls that face away from the main panel, the side panel having an inflow opening at a radially center part, and a fluid passage that is defined by the passage walls adjacent to each other in a circumferential direction, the fluid passage communicating with the inflow opening. The side panel includes an engagement portion configured to be engaged with a fixation jig that limits a rotation of the impeller during fixing the impeller to the shaft by screwing a nut.

Centrifugal pump

A centrifugal pump for pressurizing fluid by using centrifugal force has an impeller and a casing. The impeller is operated rotatably by an actuator. The casing houses the impeller. The impeller has blades arranged one after another in a circumferential direction of the impeller, and a passage is defined between the blades adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction. The passage has a linear portion and a curved portion. The linear portion extends linearly and has a uniform cross section. The curved portion is connected to an end of the linear portion, extends as being curved to a radial-outer side of the impeller, and decreases in cross section toward the radial-outer side.

A purge pump is installed in a purge conduit, which forms a purge passage that communicates between an inside of a canister and an air intake passage. When a pressure of the air intake passage is equal to or smaller than a predetermined pressure, a large quantity of evaporative fuel, which is larger than a predetermined purge quantity, is introduced into the air intake passage. At this time, a pump electric power supply device supplies a relatively small amount of the electric power to the purge pump to run the purge pump. When the pressure of the air intake passage is larger than the predetermined pressure, the purge pump is driven to pump the evaporative fuel into the air intake passage. At that time, the pump electric power supply device supplies a relatively large amount of the electric power to the purge pump.

Evaporative fuel processing system

An electromagnetic valve includes a valve case, a covering member, a valve member, an urging device, and an electromagnetic driving unit. The case includes a side wall; a bottom wall; an opening; a peripheral end face; a valve accommodating part eccentrically relative to a central axis of the opening; and a first port. The covering member includes a top plate part welded on the end face to cover the opening; a second port; a cylindrical part; and a valve seat on an end face of the cylindrical part. The valve member is accommodated in the accommodating part, and engaged with/disengaged from the valve seat to close/open a flow passage of fluid between the first and second ports. The case includes an auxiliary wall symmetrically to the side wall located closer to a valve axis with respect to a shorter symmetry plane. The plate part is welded on an opening-side end face of the auxiliary wall.

Electromagnetic valve

A fluid control valve includes a housing defining therein a fluid passage. The fluid control valve further includes a valve member for controlling a fluid flow in the fluid passage by communicating and blocking by the fluid passage. The fluid control valve further includes a protection member being press-inserted into the housing for protecting the housing from heat of the fluid flow in the fluid passage. The housing is formed by die casting of an aluminum material. The protection member and a wall surface, which defines the fluid passage in the housing, define therebetween a thermal insulating layer for restricting thermal transmission of the fluid flow from the protection member toward the housing.

Fluid control valve

A fluid control valve assembly is disclosed that includes a housing, a valve with a ring-shaped groove, and a seal ring with a clearance extending between an outer diameter and an inner diameter. The seal ring includes a pair of opposing axial side surfaces and is provided in the groove. The seal ring seals against the housing when the valve is in the closed position. The valve assembly also includes a backup ring provided in the groove adjacent one of the axial side surfaces of the seal ring to thereby obstruct fluid flow through the clearance of the seal ring when the valve is in the closed position.

Emission gas recycling equipment includes a passage for recycling a part of an emission gas and a control valve for controlling an amount of the part of the emission gas. The control valve includes: a housing having a pipe portion; a butterfly valve accommodated in the pipe portion rotatable in a first direction and a second direction; a seal ring for sealing a clearance; and valve open/close operation means for stopping the butterfly valve at the valve full close position after the valve open/close operation means operates the butterfly valve to open and to close equal to or more than one cycle across the valve full close position at the time when the engine stops or after the engine stops.

Emission gas recycling equipment having butterfly valve

A valve control device corrects a change rate of an opening degree of a valve in accordance with engine rotation speed when deposit elimination operation is performed. The valve control device corrects an inclination between a positive maximum opening degree and a negative maximum opening degree of the valve in accordance with the engine rotation speed when the deposit elimination operation is performed. Thus, when the engine rotation speed is low and a noise accompanying the deposit elimination operation becomes more audible, the change rate of the opening degree of the valve is reduced. As a result, the noise accompanying the deposit elimination operation is reduced and annoyance for vehicle occupants is reduced.
