A link pin exchanging device for a wind turbine generator that can efficiently carry out exchange of the link pin in the rotor hub, and a link pin exchanging method. The link pin exchanging device comprises an actuator for moving the link pin so that the link pin disengages from the link mechanism, and a reaction force receiving member for receiving a reaction force that acts on the actuator, independent from the wall surface of the rotor hub that intersects with the operating direction of the actuator.

Link pin exchanging device for wind turbine generator and link pin exchanging method

A method of lifting a nacelle installed on a tower is provided. The method includes attaching a tapered bushing mechanism to a through-hole provided for a member of the tower; attaching a push-up bolt to the tapered bushing mechanism; and raising the push-up bolt while pushing the push-up bolt against a first member provided for the nacelle. The tapered bushing mechanism includes a tapered bushing inner cylinder and a tapered bushing outer cylinder. The tapered bushing inner cylinder includes a first taper section whose outer diameter becomes larger toward an end of the tapered bushing inner cylinder and a first screw thread formed on an inner surface of the tapered bushing inner cylinder. The tapered bushing outer cylinder includes a second taper section whose inner diameter becomes smaller toward an end of the tapered bushing outer cylinder.

Method of lifting nacelle, nacelle lifting mechanism, tower, and wind turbine generator

A maintenance method is provided for a wind turbine generator including a tower and a nacelle. The maintenance method includes: attaching a pedestal to the tower; attaching a jack to the pedestal; and lifting the nacelle by using the jack to detach the nacelle from the tower, from a state where the nacelle is rotatably connected to the tower.

Maintenance method of wind turbine generator

A rotor turning device for a wind turbine generator which can be used without having to modify the existing wind turbine generator. A rotor turning device includes, on the inner periphery, a first member acting as a fixing member for fixing to a coupling hub, and on the outer periphery, a second member acting as an operating member to which operational force for rotating a rotation axis of the wind turbine generator. A pair of the first members embracingly fixes to the coupling hub of a coupling, while the second member attaches to the pair of first members to form a handle-like shape.
