A fixed outer circumferential wall of a fixed scroll, a movable scroll, and a plate define a suction pressure space configured such that fluid flows from a suction chamber into the suction pressure space. The movable scroll and an opposed wall define a first back-pressure space. The plate and a back-pressure-chamber-defining recess of the opposed wall define a second back-pressure space. A back-pressure supplying groove of the opposed wall is configured to connect the first back-pressure space to the second back-pressure space, thereby supplying the fluid from the first back-pressure space to the second back-pressure space. A discharge hole of the plate is configured to connect the second back-pressure space to the suction pressure space, thereby discharging the fluid from the second back-pressure space to the suction pressure space. At least part of the discharge hole is overlapped with the back-pressure supplying groove in an axial direction.

Scroll compressor

An electric compressor includes a compression mechanism that compresses refrigerant, an electric motor that drives the compression mechanism, a drive circuit that drives the electric motor, a housing that forms therein a motor chamber in which the electric motor is accommodated, a cover that is attached to the housing, a rotary shaft, and a relay terminal portion. The cover is configured to cooperate with the housing to form a drive circuit chamber in which the drive circuit is accommodated. Rotation of the electric motor is transmitted to the compression mechanism through the rotary shaft. The relay terminal portion provides electrical connection between a wire of the drive circuit and a wire of the electric motor. The housing includes a partition wall that separates the motor chamber and the drive circuit chamber from each other. The relay terminal portion is disposed between the partition wall and the rotary shaft.

Electric compressor

A vane compressor includes a housing having therein a suction chamber, a discharge chamber having a cover, and a rotor chamber, a rotor having therein a plurality of vane slots, and a plurality of vanes. The housing includes a partition that has a first surface forming the other surface of the rotor chamber and a second surface and separates the rotor chamber from the discharge chamber. An intermediate pressure chamber having a pressure that is lower than the discharge chamber and higher than the suction chamber is formed between the partition and the cover. A part of the second surface and a part of a covering surface of the discharge chamber cover are spaced away from each other by the intermediate pressure chamber. The intermediate pressure chamber is disposed so as to overlap at least a part of the other surface of the rotor chamber.

Vane compressor

In a vane compressor, a transmission pin is accommodated in a communication hole that provides communication between a first vane slot and a second vane slot. The transmission pin includes a loose-fit portion that is loosely inserted in a recessed portion formed in a bottom surface of each of first and second vanes, a shaft portion, and a flange portion formed between the loose-fit portion and the shaft portion and in contact with the bottom surface. A coil spring is disposed in the communication hole to urge the first vane and the second vane in opposite directions away from each other via the flange portion. The coil spring is disposed around the shaft portion and supported by the flange portion so as to urge and support the transmission pin.

A compressor includes a discharge housing member, which includes a discharge chamber and an oil separation chamber. The discharge housing member includes a cylindrical wall defining the discharge chamber and the oil separation chamber. The discharge chamber includes a partition that is continuous with and protrudes from the cylindrical wall. The cylindrical wall extends from an upper section of the discharge chamber toward a lower section of the discharge chamber. The cylindrical wall includes a communication hole connecting the discharge chamber to the oil separation chamber. The partition extends from the upper section of the discharge chamber toward the lower section of the discharge chamber and defines a first space and a second space in the discharge chamber. The first space and the second space are connected to each other at least at the lower section of the discharge chamber through a clearance between the partition and the circumferential wall.
