The present invention is an apparatus for creating an index for conducting a search on a database based on a resource including a text sentence. The apparatus comprises: a dictionary that includes a plurality of phrases associated with each other for each specific concept; an input interface unit that receives an input of the resource; a text processing unit that performs processing for extracting a plurality of words, as tokens, from the text sentence in the received resource; a directed graph generation unit that generates a directed graph representing a connection relationship between the extracted plurality of tokens in accordance with the text sentence; a directed graph search unit that conducts a search on the directed graph based on a search-target-phrase and that, if the search-target-phrase is found in the dictionary, locates a location in the directed graph where the search-target-phrase appeared; and an index creation unit that creates an index indicating association with the resource based on the plurality of tokens in the directed graph.

The present invention provides a document display assistance system which estimates and highlights significant words in a document of a specific field. The system comprises: a database in which selection-target words and non-selection-target words are registered; a learned word-selection model having been applied with machine learning for estimating whether a word is a selection-target word; a text pre-processing unit which segments words from an accepted display-target document; a word classification unit which classifies, based on the database, the word into any of a selection-target word, a non-selection-target word, and an indeterminate word; a text post-processing unit which generates output data by imparting a predetermined attribute to a predetermined word in the display-target document; and an output unit which outputs the output data. If a label is estimated indicating that the indeterminate word classified by the word classification unit is a selection-target word, the word selection model classifies the indeterminate word into a selection-target word and the text post-processing unit imparts the predetermined attribute to the classified selection-target word.

The present invention relates to an antibody binding to Claudin6 (CLDN6) expressed on a cell membrane. The antibody of the present invention recognizes human CLDN6 present in a native form on cell membrane surface and exhibits cytotoxicity through ADCC and/or CDC activities against cancer cell lines highly expressing human CLDN6. Moreover, the antibody of the present invention has cell growth inhibitory effect through conjugation with toxin on cancer cell lines highly expressing human CLDN6. The human CLDN6 is overexpressed in tumor tissues (lung adenocarcinoma, gastric cancer, and ovarian cancer), although its expression is not observed in normal tissues. Thus, the anti-CLDN6 antibody is expected to highly accumulate in tumors highly expressing human CLDN6 and can serve as a very effective antitumor agent.
