It is possible to accurately detect that paper stock stored in a container reaches a limit number. A paper stock processing system includes: a banknote processing device which includes a banknote accommodation unit accommodating banknotes, updates the accumulated number each time a banknote is accommodated, and transmits an updated accumulated number signal; a smart interface board which transmits the accumulated number signal to the outside when receiving the accumulated number signal; and a management server which compares the accumulated number indicated by the accumulated number signal with the maximum number and detects whether the number of accommodated banknotes has reached a limitation number set to the banknote accommodation unit, when receiving the accumulated number signal from a PTS terminal.

Paper stock processing system and paper stock processing device

A game system includes: a bill identifying apparatus for identifying bills of different currencies and an amount of the bills and then outputting data representing the identified result; a player tracking device which is integrated with each of gaming machines, for converting data outputted from the bill identifying apparatus to credit data for executing a game, based on an exchange rate; and an information card device which is integrated with the player tracking device, the information card device causing an information card to store data equivalent to an amount awarded to a player in accordance with a game result of the gaming machines and sending out the credit data for executing the game to the gaming machines, based on the data equivalent to the amount read from the information card.

Game system

A game system that is capable of performing a game by employing an information card in place of a conventional paper-based system is provided. This game system includes: a plurality of gaming machines; a bill identifying device that is associated with each of the gaming machines, for identifying bills of different currencies and an amount of the bills, and outputting data representative of an identified result; a player tracking device that is integrated with each of the gaming machine, for converting data output from the bill identifying device to credit data for executing a game, based on a money exchange rate stored therein, and sending out the converted credit data to the gaming machine; a control device for inputting a money exchange rate from an outside, providing the input money exchange rate to the player tracking device, and updating the money exchange rate stored in the player tracking device; and an information card device that is integrated with the player tracking device, for causing an information card to store data equivalent to an amount of money to be awarded to a player according to a game result of the gaming machine, and sending out credit data for executing a game to the gaming machine.

A bill identification apparatus accurately identifying an authenticity with a folding line formed in a watermark. The bill identification apparatus includes: bill reading means; a converter which converts the watermarked image read by the bill reading means for each pixel containing color information having brightness; a image correction processing part which calculates an average density value for each pixel array in one direction, an average density value for each pixel array in the other direction, and an average density value of an entire watermarked image and corrects density values of respective pixels so as to approximate or match the average density value of the entire watermarked image; a reference data storage part which stores a reference watermarked image; an identification processing part which compares the corrected image by the image correction processing part with the reference watermarked image and identifies an authenticity.

Paper sheet identifying device and paper sheet identifying method

A paper sheet identification apparatus capable of identifying an authenticity of a watermark area formed on a paper sheet is provided without increasing the cost. The paper sheet identification apparatus includes: a light receiving part receiving reflected light from a watermarked image formed on a paper sheet to be conveyed, a converter converting the reflected light from the watermarked image received by the light receiving part for each pixel as a unit of a predetermined size including color information having brightness; and an identification processing part identifying the authenticity of the watermarked image based on a correlation coefficient, which is calculated from a density value for each pixel converted by the converter and a density value for each pixel by the transmitted light from the watermarked image of the bill serving as a reference.

A bill identification apparatus which accurately identifies an authenticity of a watermarked area formed on a bill is provided. The bill identification apparatus has light receiving parts () which respectively receive reflected lights from a front surface and a rear surface of a watermarked image formed on the bill conveyed, a converter () which converts a watermark image from the reflected lights respectively received by the light receiving parts () to data including color information having brightness for each pixel as a unit of a predetermined size, and an identification processing part () which identifies the authenticity of the watermark image based on the density value for each pixel of the light receiving parts () converted by the converter () and a density value for each pixel of a watermarked image by a transmitted light of the bill as the reference.
