An electric supercharging system has an electric supercharger disposed on an intake air passage of an engine and a control unit in which a microcomputer is built. Then, control unit changes an actuation timing of the electric supercharger on the basis of change amounts of a rotational speed and an accelerator opening of the engine. At this time, the control unit changes the actuation timing of the electric supercharger by correcting the actuation timing of the electric supercharger according to the rotational speed of the engine with a coefficient according to the change amount of the accelerator opening.

Electric supercharging system and method for controlling electric supercharger

A charge/discharge system includes a controller to control an electric power converter placed between a capacitor and a secondary battery connected in parallel. The controller includes: a request power calculation unit configured to calculate request input/output power for the electric motor generator based on current and voltage of the capacitor and input output current of the electric power converter; a capacitor discharging bias factor map configured to specify a ratio of electric power to be supplied from the capacitor to the electric motor generator to the request input power of the electric motor generator; a capacitor charging bias factor map configured to specify a ratio of electric power to be stored in the capacitor from the electric motor generator to the request output power of the electric motor generator; and a subtraction unit configured to calculate charge/discharge power of the secondary battery by subtracting, from the request input/output power, the charge/discharge power of the capacitor.

Charge/discharge system

A charge/discharge system includes first and second electric chargers that supplies electric power to a motor generator and charges electric power generated by the motor generator, an electric power converter that complementarily performs charging/discharging between the first and second electric chargers, and a controller. The controller controls the electric power converter based on charging conditions of the first and second electric chargers such that electric power charged in the first electric charger is charged in the second electric charger, or electric power charged in the second electric charger is charged in the first electric charger.

A charge/discharge system includes: first and second electric chargers that supplies electric power to a motor generator and charges electric power generated by a motor generator; an electric power converter; and a controller. The controller controls the electric power converter such that electric power charged in the first electric charger is supplied to the motor generator, electric power charged in the second electric charger is charged in the first electric charger when a charging capacity of the first electric charger is lower than a second predetermined value. The driving force of the motor generator is reduced depending on the charging capacity when the charging capacity of the first electric charger is lower than the first predetermined value.

A power supply device for supplying power to a load by combining a secondary battery and a capacitor includes a switching element which switches the supply of power to the load from the capacitor, a DC-DC converter which enables a voltage of the capacitor to be stepped up and supplied to the load and a control unit which enables power to be supplied to the load by pulse-controlling the switching element, controlling the DC-DC converter to output a pulse current alternately with the switching element and combining the alternately output pulse currents if the voltage of the capacitor drops below a minimum voltage capable of driving the load.

Power supply device

A power supply device for supplying power to a load by combining a secondary battery and a capacitor includes a bypass switch which enables power to be directly supplied to the load from the capacitor by being switched to a connected state when a voltage of the capacitor is a voltage capable of driving the load, and a first DC-DC converter which enables the voltage of the capacitor to be stepped up and supplied to the load when the voltage of the capacitor drops below a minimum voltage capable of driving the load.

A power supply device for supplying power to a load by combining a secondary battery and a capacitor connected in parallel to the secondary battery includes an insulation type DC-DC converter with a primary coil connected in parallel to the secondary battery and configured to accumulate energy by a current supplied from the secondary battery and a secondary coil connected in series to the capacitor and configured such that an induction current flows therein by the accumulated energy from the primary coil.

Power supply device for supplying power to a load by combining a secondary battery and a capacitor

A power supply device supplies power to a load by combining a secondary battery and a capacitor connected in parallel to the secondary battery. The power supply device includes an insulation type DC-DC converter with a primary coil connected in parallel to the secondary battery and configured to accumulate energy by a current supplied from the secondary battery and a secondary coil configured such that an induction current flows thereinto from the primary coil by the accumulated energy, and a switching circuit configured to selectively connect the secondary coil in series to the capacitor in forward and opposite directions.

An electric storage cell includes a casing configured to house an electric storage element and electrolyte, a charging reception antenna connected to the electric storage element and configured to receive electric power transmitted from a power feeding unit in a contactless manner, and a discharging transmission antenna connected to the electric storage element and configured to transmit electric power stored in the electric storage element in a contactless manner. The charging reception antenna and the discharging transmission antenna are arranged in the casing.

Accessory drive mechanism for hybrid vehicle

A proposition is to provide a power transmission mechanism for parallel hybrid vehicle that is capable of smoothly combining/separating input/output powers of a motor and an engine, and is applicable to a large hybrid vehicle by ensuring sufficient strength of a mechanism for combining and separating the input/output powers. It is characterized by including a motor output shaft of the motor/generator rotatable separately from an engine drive shaft system extending from a main clutch to a transmission, a motor-brake mounted on one end side of the motor output shaft to release/fix the motor output shaft, and a planetary gear mechanism mounted between another end side of the motor output shaft and the engine drive shaft system and including a sun gear provided on the other end side of the motor output shaft, an outer gear provided on the engine drive shaft system and having a gear ratio to the sun gear of 1:1, a plurality of planetary gears with which the sun gear and the outer gear are engaged, and a planetary carrier picking up orbital motions of the planetary gears, and a gear brake mounted on one end side of the planetary carrier to release/fix the planetary carrier.
