In a rotor, magnetic poles having a pair of first magnets and second magnets are provided along a circumferential direction. The magnetic pole includes a pair of first flux barrier portions radially outside the first magnets, and a pair of second flux barrier portions between the pair of first flux barrier portions in the circumferential direction. The first flux barrier portion has a first end close to the adjacent second flux barrier portion. The second flux barrier portion has a second end close to the adjacent first flux barrier portion. A relative position of the first end in the circumferential direction with respect to a circumferential center of the magnetic pole is different between the adjacent magnetic poles. A relative position of the second end in the circumferential direction with respect to the circumferential center of the magnetic pole is different between the adjacent magnetic poles.

Rotor, rotary electric machine, and drive apparatus

A rotor includes a shaft, a rotor core including a pair of accommodation holes, and a pair of magnets accommodated in the pair of accommodation holes. The pair of magnets extend in directions away from each other in a circumferential direction from the radially inside toward the radially outside. A flux barrier is radially outside the magnet. The rotor core includes a first gap between magnetic poles adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction. The first gap is sandwiched between the flux barriers of the magnetic poles adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction. A radially outside surface of the rotor core includes a pair of core recesses provided in a portion located on the radially outside of the flux barrier and a core protrusion located between the pair of core recesses in the circumferential direction.

Rotor and rotary electric machine

A rotor includes an axially extending in an axial direction, a rotor core including a central hole through which the shaft passes and accommodation holes radially outside the central hole, and magnets accommodated in the accommodation holes. The accommodation holes include a pair of accommodation holes extends in a direction away from each other in a circumferential direction from a radially inside toward a radially outside when viewed in the axial direction. The magnets include a pair of magnets accommodated in the pair of accommodation holes. The rotor core includes through-holes made at intervals in the circumferential direction, and is configured by laminating plates. The through-holes are located radially outside the central hole and radially inside the accommodation hole. The stacked plates are fixed to each other by a caulking portion in which a portion of the plate is caulked.

A rotor includes a laminated core, a plurality of magnets, and a resin portion. The laminated core includes a plurality of outer core portions arranged in a circumferential direction. The plurality of outer core portions and the plurality of magnets are alternately arranged in the circumferential direction. In addition, the outer core portion includes a through-hole that penetrates in an axial direction. The resin portion includes a columnar portion that is disposed inside the through-hole. Accordingly, the rigidity of the resin portion is enhanced. In addition, the resin portion includes a gate mark portion. At least a portion of the gate mark portion is positioned farther radially inward than the through-hole.

Rotor and manufacturing process of rotor

A laminated core of a rotor includes an inner core portion and a plurality of outer core portions. The inner core portion axially extends in a cylindrical shape in a region located more radially inward than magnets. The outer core portions are arranged in a circumferential direction in a region located more radially outward than the inner core portion. The plurality of outer core portions and a plurality of the magnets are alternately arranged in the circumferential direction. Accordingly, magnetic flux generated from a pair of magnetic pole surfaces of the plurality of magnets can be effectively used. In addition, the laminated core includes caulking portions in each of the inner core portion and the plurality of outer core portions. Accordingly, a plurality of thin plate cores are firmly fixed.
