A bucket for a construction machine including a side plate (); a bottom plate (), at least a portion of which is connected to the side plate (); and a laminated plate () that is attached to an outside of the side plate (). At least a part () of the portion where the side plate () and the bottom plate () are connected on an inside of the side plate () and the bottom plate () is reinforced.

Vibration damping device and bucket for construction machine

A pressure-receiving face plateis mounted on one end face of a piston, and a support memberis raised on the end face of the piston. Disposed on the support memberwith an allowance are, from the pressure-receiving faceplaterespectively, a disk spring, a plate, and a plunger. A flangeprevents these members from slipping off the support member. When the pistonapproaches a stroke end, the plungeris inserted in an oil passageand applies a cushioning effect to the piston. In addition, a gap between the pressure-receiving faceplateand the platebrought into contact with a cylinder bottombecomes narrow, and produces a squeeze effect such that oil escapes from the narrow gap. This makes it possible to provide a hydraulic cylinder that produces a sufficient impact force at the stroke end of the piston and also reduces noise emitted by the impact force, without increasing a length of the hydraulic cylinder.

Hydraulic cylinder

A vibration damping device capable of maintaining high vibration damping effect, and a bucket for a construction machine. The vibration damping device has a laminated plate () having at least its inner region fixed in a noise-emitting base material (), the inner region being a region (G) other then a region which becomes a loop in a vibration mode when the base material () is vibrated in a vibration mode with a predetermined frequency.

An engine compartment cover for a work machine includes left and right-hand side covers for covering the sides of an engine, and a hood for covering the top of the engine. The engine compartment cover serves to enclose the engine and demarcate an engine compartment and is capable of suppressing the noise at the operator's ear level caused by the engine operating noise passing through the engine compartment cover as far as possible, whereby the level of quietness in the operator cab can be improved. In the engine compartment cover for a work machine, the hood has a box-type structure including an exterior top plate, side plates surrounding the whole perimeter of the exterior top plate, and a bottom plate opposed to the exterior top plate, and air inlet holes are provided in the side plates only, whilst an air outlet hole is provided in the bottom plate only, in such a manner that external air is drawn into the interior of the hood via the air inlet holes and air is introduced into the engine compartment via the air outlet hole.

Engine compartment cover for work machine

A liquid-sealed mount capable of obtaining excellent damping performance is provided. For this purpose, the mount includes an elastic body ( ), a stud ( ) penetrating through the elastic body, a case ( ), which is in a cylindrical shape with one end side being opened and with a bottom face on the other end side, and houses a viscous liquid (L) inside, and in which the viscous liquid is scaled by fitting the elastic body and the stud into the opening at the one end side, a damping member ( ) attached to the stud in a state in which the damping member submerges in the viscous liquid; and a wall surface of a portion of the case, which submerges in the viscous liquid, is formed so that an inner diameter gradually decreases toward a lower position and an angle of inclination is different in an upper part from a lower part; and an outer circumferential side surface of the damping member opposes the inclined surface of the case.

Liquid-sealed mount

An engine noise reduction device to reduce sound output from an engine compartment and supply cooling air to the engine compartment to increase cooling efficiency and prevent engine and component overheating. The device opposes a plurality of air inlets, to receive an air flow therefrom, and includes a split-type noise absorbing portion and a cell-type noise absorbing portion.
