The server is configured to determine whether or not the charging of the battery and/or the detachment of the battery accommodated in the accommodation unit are available on the basis of the identification information received by a second communicator from the charging device and provision information provided from an information provider and transmit transmission information on an availability determination result to the charging device via the second communicator.

A server device collects state information on a state of a battery exchange device in each battery station, and on a state of each battery device received in the corresponding battery exchange device, and to generate a monitoring screen showing the state information of each battery station on an area map displayed on a management or maintenance terminal. In particular, a plurality of display sections displayed on the monitoring screen are arranged so as to correspond to the urgency or detail level of the state information. The state information is displayed in different colors according to different emergency levels.

The four wheel vehicle uses an electric motor () for driving the vehicle and a battery unit () for supplying electric power to the electric motor. The secondary battery is housed in the inside of a luggage carrier above the rear wheels. The motor and the motor control unit, including a motor driver and a main CPU, are mounted between the left and right rear wheels. The voltage converter increases or decreases the voltage of the electric power supplied from the fuel cell. The control drivers controls a supercharger of reaction gas and a electric pump of cooling water.

A generator has a rotor boss engaged with a crankshaft with a rotor core engaged with the outer circumference of the rotor boss. A stator core is provided around the outer circumference of the rotor core with a bus ring opposed to one end surface of the rotor core. The outer circumference of the bus ring is engaged with a plurality of insulating components surrounding the teeth. The stator core has a split structure composed of a plurality of stator core blocks connected together. Each stator core block is fixed to a generator cover by a bolt. The generator cover is fixed to the outer surface of a crankcase. The rotor core is formed with a plurality of holes for respectively supporting a plurality of rotor magnets. The bus ring includes a plurality of terminals and grommets connected through bus bars to the terminals.

In an internal combustion engine provided with a decompression mechanism, a decompression cam that is rotatable with respect to a camshaft between first and second stop positions has a cam profile so that an exhaust valve is opened at the first stop position and is closed at the second stop position. The decompression cam is rotated in the reverse direction to the first stop position by rotating a crankshaft in the reverse direction by an electric motor at startup (position P ). Only the crankshaft is then rotated in the reverse direction (position p ), and the decompression cam is rotated in the normal direction by rotating the crankshaft in the normal direction by the electric motor. During either a compression strokes included within a range of a reverse rotation angle or the first compression stroke after initiation of normal rotation of the decompression cam until the decompression cam reaches the second stop position, the decompression cam opens the exhaust valve and increases the run-up angle of the crankshaft. The aforementioned method and device facilitates a piston overcoming the first compression top dead center decompression operation has stopped without unduly increasing the size and capacity of the required electric motor.
