A system for monitoring cleanliness of a material handling system is disclosed. The system includes a measuring device, a first signal device, a second signal device, and a measuring host. The measuring device installed in the cartridges conduct the cleanliness measurements and obtains the measured result. The first signal device installed in the cartridges transforms the measured results to wireless signals. The second signal device installed in a predetermined location outside of the cartridges receives the wireless signal. The measuring host transforms the received wireless signals back to the measured results. The cartridges of the material handling system are also disclosed. The disclosed cleanliness monitoring system and the cartridge can reduce the cost.

A panel unpacking method includes (1) providing a panel unpacking device, which includes a pickup device including a manipulator and suction cups mounted to the manipulator and a conveyance device including a main body, a mounting board mounted to the main body, pins mounted to the mounting board, and cushioning device installed on the pins; (2) moving the manipulator to approach the panel until the suction cups of the manipulator get into contact with the panel; (3) the suction cups sucking and holding the panel and the manipulator making a movement to lift up the panel; (4) the manipulator carrying the panel to approach the pins of the conveyance device until the panel gets into contact with the contact sections of the pins; and (5) the suction cups releasing the panel to allow the panel to be stably positioned on the pins of the conveyance device.

The method includes (1) providing a transportation device, wherein the transportation device comprises a device body, linear rails mounted to the device body, a plurality of forks mounted in sequence to the linear rails, and servo motors mounted to the device body, the servo motors being coupled to the plurality of forks to drive the plurality of forks to slide along the linear rails; (2) adjusting spacing distance between the plurality of forks according to the size of a liquid crystal panel to be transported; (3) operating the transportation device to move the forks to a location under the liquid crystal panel to be transported in order to have the liquid crystal panel positioned on the plurality of forks; and (4) operating the transportation device to transport the liquid crystal panel to a designated site.

The present invention provides a cleanroom for storing glass substrates, and which comprises an exhaust is disposed on a bottom floor of the cleanroom. A first filtering device is arranged on a ceiling of the cleanroom to provide purified airflow to the cleanroom. A second filtering device is arranged on the bottom floor of the cleanroom jointly to create a vertical airflow with the first filtering device so as to reduce the turbulence within the cleanroom. The present invention can readily resolve the prior art issue in which the airborne particles stirred by turbulence within the cleanroom cannot be effectively eliminated.

A method and system for monitoring the temperature and humidity of warehouses are disclosed. The method includes: installing a detecting module in a cartridge, transporting the cartridge to a plurality of storages of the warehouse by a transmission assembly so as to measure the temperature and humidity of each of the storages by the detecting module, transmitting the measured results to a control unit by a wireless network, and dynamically monitoring the temperature and humidity of the warehouses according to the measured results by the control unit. The method and the system not only control and adjust the temperature and humidity of each of the storages of the warehouses in time, but also reduce detection cost.

A static elimination device is proposed for eliminating static electricity on the surface of a large-size glass substrate. The static elimination device includes a rotation axis and an electrostatic neutralizer. The rotation axis is installed outside a cassette in which the glass substrate is installed. The electrostatic neutralizer is permanently connected to the rotation axis. The rotation axis is driven to rotate, causing the electrostatic neutralizer centered on the rotation axis to rotate back and forth at a specific angle. The static elimination device of the present invention features simple structure, low fuel consumption and high efficiency, low cost, and high efficiency in static elimination. Owing to these features, the static elimination device of the present invention could work very well for the glass substrate of an arbitrary size. A cassette including the static elimination device is also proposed.

The present invention provides a glass panel stocking system and a stocking method. The stocking system includes a loading and unloading port and a crane. The loading and unloading port functions to receive a cassette that contains glass panels to position thereon. The crane functions to move a cassette that contains glass panels. The crane includes a chassis, a carrying fork mounted on the chassis and movable for extension and retraction with respect to the chassis, and a mapping bar mounted on the chassis and located above the carrying fork. The carrying fork functions to carry the cassette that contains the glass panels and move the cassette that contains the glass panels to the mapping bar so that the mapping bar is allowed to carry out inspection and counting of the glass panels received in the cassette that contains the glass panels.

A warehouse system and method for detecting air particles in a warehouse are disclosed. The warehouse system includes storage locations, air filters, a cartridge, and a control base. The air filters are correspondingly arranged on outer sides of each storage location. A detecting module of the cartridge detects the air particles on a surface of corresponding air filter of the abnormal storage locations. The detecting module further calculates a radius of the air particles and transmits the radius of the air particles to the control base. The control base determines if the corresponding air filter of the abnormal storage locations has leaked. The detecting process of the claimed invention is safer, more precise and convenient.

The present invention provides a static elimination device which is used for a stacker with a fan filter device. Characterize in that the static elimination device is provided at the end side of each shelf facing the fan filter device in the stacker. Said end side is opposite to the end side of the shelf which a cartridge moves in and out. Two ends of the static elimination device are free to rotate and connected to shelf holders at said end side. The glass substrate cassette comprises: a cassette case, comprising a pair of side walls disposed in parallel and vertically; and a plurality of support racks, disposed inside the cassette case for supporting glass substrates, each support rack comprising a pair of connecting elements supporting respectively the pair of side walls and a plurality of support elements lined up in parallel along a first horizontal direction and connected to the pair of connecting elements, connecting element able to move along the first horizontal direction with respect to the side walls and at least partially beyond the cassette case. The support rack of the present invention can move beyond cassette to realize random pick-and-place of glass substrate at any layer.
