Integrated circuits and methods for overlap measure are provided. In an embodiment, an integrated circuit includes a plurality of functional cells including at least one gap disposed adjacent to at least one functional cell of the plurality of functional cells and a first overlay test pattern cell disposed within the at least one gap, wherein the first overlay test pattern cell includes a first number of patterns disposed along a first direction at a first pitch. The first pitch is smaller than a smallest wavelength on a full spectrum of humanly visible lights.

Method of measuring mask overlay using test patterns

A stretchable pixel array substrate, including a base and a component layer, is provided. The base has multiple first openings and multiple second openings. Each of the first openings has a first opening extending direction. Each of the second openings has a second opening extending direction. The first opening extending direction and the second opening extending direction are different. The first openings and the second openings are alternately arranged in a first direction and a second direction to define multiple islands and multiple bridges of the base. The component layer is disposed on the base and includes multiple island portions and multiple bridge portions. The island potions have multiple pixel structures and are respectively disposed on the islands of the base. The bridge portions have conductive wires and are respectively disposed on the bridges of the base. The conductive wires are electrically connected to the pixel structures.

Integrated circuit overlay test patterns and method thereof

A touch display device includes a first substrate and a second substrate. The first substrate has a signal wire and a display unit which are electrically connected to each other. The second substrate has a conductive circuit and a touch unit which are disposed on one side of the second substrate facing the first substrate. The second substrate includes a touch area and a bending area, the touch unit is disposed in the touch area, and the touch area is stacked on the display unit, and the conductive circuit is disposed in the bending area and is electrically connected to the signal wire. The bending area extends from an edge of the first substrate and is bent to one side of the first substrate facing away from the second substrate.

A device substrate includes a first substrate, a second substrate, a plurality of first bonding pads, a plurality of second bonding pads, a plurality of first leads, and a plurality of second leads. The first and second bonding pads are separated from each other. The first bonding pads are arranged in a first column. The second bonding pads are arranged in a second column. The first and second leads respectively overlap the first and second bonding pads. The first lead includes a first extension portion and a first branch portion. The first extension portion extends from the first column to the second column. The first branch portion is connected to an end of the first extension portion close to the second column. An angle is present between the first extension portion and the first branch portion.
