The present disclosure provides an electronic device including a substrate, a semiconductor disposed on the substrate, and a conductive layer disposed on the semiconductor. The conductive layer has a first electrode and a second electrode, in which the first electrode is electrically connected to the semiconductor, and the second electrode surrounds the first electrode in a top view direction of the electronic device.

Electronic device

A display device includes: a substrate; a first transistor and a second transistor disposed on the substrate; a first electrode and a second electrode, wherein the first electrode is electrically connected to the first transistor through a first via hole, and the second electrode is electrically connected to the second transistor through a second via hole; a first signal line disposed on the substrate and overlapped with the first electrode and the second electrode; and a second signal line disposed on the substrate and adjacent to the first signal line, wherein the first signal line and the second signal line extend along a first direction, wherein a distance between the first via hole and the second via hole along the first direction is greater than a distance between the first signal line and the second signal line along a second direction different the first direction.

Display device

An electronic device includes a substrate, a first silicon transistor, a second silicon transistor and a first oxide semiconductor transistor. The first silicon transistor, the second silicon transistor and the first oxide semiconductor transistor are disposed on the substrate. The first silicon transistor has a first terminal electrically connected to a first voltage level, a second terminal and a control terminal. The second silicon transistor has a first terminal electrically connected to the second terminal of the first silicon transistor, a second terminal electrically connected to a second voltage level, and a control terminal electrically connected to the control terminal of the first silicon transistor. The first oxide semiconductor transistor has a first terminal electrically connected to the first terminal of the second silicon transistor. Wherein, a voltage value of the first voltage level is greater than a voltage value of the second voltage level.

A modulation device including a plurality of electronic elements, at least one first signal line and a first driving circuit is provided. The at least one first signal line is respectively electrically connected to at least one of the electronic elements. The first driving circuit is electrically connected to the at least one first signal line. The first driving circuit provides a first signal to at least one of the at least one first signal line. The first signal includes a first pulse. The first pulse includes a first section and a second section closely adjacent to the first section.

Modulation device

A modulating device is provided. The modulating device includes multiple modulating elements, multiple pixel circuits, and a compensation circuit. The pixel circuits are electrically connected to the modulating elements correspondingly. The compensation circuit includes a driving unit, a voltage source, and a current source. The driving unit provides a driving signal to the pixel circuits. The voltage source is electrically connected to the driving unit. The voltage source provides a constant voltage to the pixel circuits. The current source is electrically connected to the driving unit. The current source provides a constant current to the pixel circuits.

Modulating device

The disclosure provides an electronic device including a support plate and a first panel. The support plate includes a first bridge member and a second bridge member. The first panel is disposed on the support plate and includes a substrate, a signal line, a third bridge member, and a fourth bridge member. The signal line is disposed on the substrate. The third bridge member penetrates through the substrate and is electrically connected to the signal line and the first bridge member. The fourth bridge member penetrates through the substrate and is electrically connected to the signal line and the second bridge member.

A light-emitting device is provided. The light-emitting device includes a circuit substrate, an array substrate, a plurality of light-emitting units and a driver. The circuit substrate has a top surface. A top circuit is disposed on the top surface. The array substrate is disposed on the top surface of the circuit substrate and electrically connected to the top circuit. The light-emitting units are disposed on the array substrate. The light-emitting device further includes an electrical connection structure, a plurality of light extraction layers, a protective layer, a plurality of test pads, and a light absorption layer. The plurality of test pads are disposed on the array substrate, and the light absorption layer covers at least one of the test pads.

Light-emitting device and tiled display comprising the same

A display device includes: a substrate; a metal layer disposed on the substrate; an insulating layer disposed on the metal layer; and a first light emitting diode including a first electrode disposed on the metal layer, wherein a via hole passes through the insulating layer, the first electrode electrically connects to the metal layer through the via hole, and an outline of the via hole includes an arc edge.

An electronic device is provided. The electronic device includes a first scan transistor, a driving transistor, an electronic component and a first capacitive coupling component. The driving transistor is electrically connected to the first scan transistor. The electronic component is electrically connected to the driving transistor. The first terminal of the first capacitive coupling component is electrically connected to a control terminal of the driving transistor.

A light detection element, including a first light detection unit, a second light detection unit, and a driving transistor, is provided. The first light detection unit includes a first transistor and a first light sensing unit. The first transistor and the first light sensing unit are electrically connected. The second light detection unit and the first light detection unit are electrically connected. The second light detection unit includes a second light sensing unit and a second transistor. The second light sensing unit and the second transistor are electrically connected. The driving transistor has a gate terminal. Light detection element

An electrical connection structure is provided. The electrical connection structure includes a through hole, a first pad, a second pad and a conductive bridge. The through hole has a first end and a second end. The first pad at least partially surrounds the first end of the through hole and is electrically connected to a first circuit. The second pad is located at the second end of the through hole and is electrically connected to a second circuit. The conductive bridge is connected to the first pad and second pad through the through hole, thereby making the first and second circuits electrically connected to each other.

Electrical connection structure and electronic device comprising the same

The present disclosure provides an electronic device including a substrate, a common electrode, and a plurality of pixels. The common electrode is disposed on the substrate. The pixels are disposed on the substrate, and at least one of the pixels includes a thin film transistor, a first electrode, a second electrode, and an auxiliary electrode. The first electrode is electrically connected to the thin film transistor. The auxiliary electrode is partially overlapped with the first electrode in a top view direction of the electronic device. The auxiliary electrode is electrically connected to the common electrode and electrically isolated from the first electrode, and the first electrode and the auxiliary electrode have a minimum distance less than a minimum distance between the first electrode and the common electrode.

A driving circuit includes a first transistor, a second transistor and a third transistor. The first transistor has a first terminal connected to a first voltage level, a second terminal, and a third terminal. The second transistor has a first terminal connected to the second terminal of the first transistor, a second terminal connected to a second voltage level, and a third terminal connected to the third terminal of the first transistor. The third transistor has a first terminal connected to the first terminal of the second transistor. The first transistor and the second transistor are low temperature poly-silicon transistors, and the third transistor is an oxide semiconductor transistor.

Driving circuit of active-matrix organic light-emitting diode with hybrid transistors

An electronic device includes an electronic component, a driving circuit and a circuit. The driving circuit is electrically connected between a node and a first voltage. The electronic component is electrically connected between the node and a second voltage. The circuit is electrically connected between the node and a third voltage. The first voltage is different from the second voltage and the third voltage.
