A method, an apparatus, a device, and a storage medium for issuing and replying to multimedia content are provided here. The method described herein for issuing multimedia content comprises: receiving push content associated with a user, the push content being generated based on an the occurrence of a personalized event associated with the user; presenting the push content to the user, the push content comprising video content related to the personalized event; and issuing multimedia content associated with the personalized event based on an operation on the push content by the user, the multimedia content being generated based on the push content. According to the embodiments of the present disclosure, it can effectively help a user to create multimedia content associated with a personalized event, reduce the time cost for the user, and can effectively guide interaction between users, thereby improving user experience.

The present disclosure discloses a recombinant varicella-zoster virus (VZV) vaccine, including a fusion protein formed by an amino acid sequence of an extracellular domain of a recombinant glycoprotein gE of a live attenuated VZV strain (OKA strain) gene and an Fc fragment of human immunoglobulin. The present disclosure further provides preparation and use of the fusion protein, a corresponding recombinant gene, a eukaryotic expression vector, etc. The fusion protein of the present disclosure has prominent immunogenicity and can induce the high-level expression of neutralizing antibodies in serum.

An apparatus and a method for configuring or updating a programmable logic device are provided. The apparatus includes a control module and a storage module connected to the control module. The control module includes: a JTAG interface for connecting the control module to a JTAG host, and a configuration interface compatible with a to-be-configured programmable logic device. The control module is configured to: after receiving a first control instruction including configuration information via the JTAG interface, store the configuration information into the storage module; and after receiving a configuration instruction, read the configuration information to configure the to-be-configured programmable logic device. A configuration clock used in a process that the control module configures the to-be-configured programmable logic device is generated from the to-be-configured programmable logic device, the control module or an external clock source.

Apparatus and method for configuring or updating programmable logic device

The present disclosure relates to the technical field of oil and gas drilling, and particularly relates to a modified silicon dioxide material of a fluorocarbon active agent type super-amphiphobic cutting-carrying agent suitable for a water-based drilling fluid, and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method of the modified silicon dioxide material comprises the following steps: subjecting silicon dioxide and a silane coupling agent represented by Formula (1) to a first contact reaction in a mixed solvent containing alcohol and water; subjecting the product of the first contact reaction, the compound represented by Formula (2) and the compound represented by Formula (3) to a second contact reaction; subjecting the product of the second contact reaction and the compound represented by Formula (4) to a third contact reaction. The modified silicon dioxide material can be used as a cutting-carrying agent in a water-based drilling fluid and produce an excellent cutting-carrying effect.

Electronic design automation systems, methods, and computer readable media are presented for the generation of power-related connectivity data by an analog simulator (for example, by propagating the power supply data and/or ground data through the circuit components of the analog design schematic). In some embodiments, the verification module determines consistency between different versions of power-related connectivity data, such as: (i) power-related connectivity data from the analog design schematic and (ii) power-related connectivity data from the power-related data characterizing the mixed-signal design. Such verification determines whether the mixed-signal design satisfies the low power specification as expressed in the power-related data characterizing the mixed-signal design.

The present subject matter relates to the drilling fluid field, and discloses a viscosifier for oil-based drilling fluids and a method for preparing the viscosifier for oil-based drilling fluids. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) mixing an initiator with an unsaturated amide, an unsaturated organic sulfonic acid, and an unsaturated organic carboxylic acid in an aqueous phase solution and initiating a polymerization reaction with an oil phase solution that contains emulsifier and base oil, to obtain a polymer emulsion; (2) purifying and drying the polymer emulsion to obtain a composition; (3) mix the composition, sepiolite powder, and an acid while stirring, and then drying the obtained mixture. The viscosifier for oil-based drilling fluids disclosed in the present subject matter can make up for the shortage of viscosifiers for oil-based drilling fluids in the art, and has favorable temperature tolerance property, viscosity improvement property and environmental friendliness.
